A very nice square with plenty of restaurants. A good ambiance. It is easy to find. In the evening there are many people visiting.

This is in the centre of the old town with plenty of eating and drinking places. We sat outside a cafe wth drinks watching the world go by. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing

However the side streets were very charming, one thing we noticed was that the shops did not sell "all the same stuff", there was somevery interesting shopping to be done here.

It is a very nice square with several terraces where you can have a drink or a dinner. It is located near the shops and the port and other tourist attractions.

Don't be put off by the bad publicity ,this is a good place to people watch. From here you can wander around the local shops selling local made products.

It's only about 100 metres at right angles from the old port.Ask for the Agora/old market place and enjoy a slow coffee/drink there while you watch the world go by !

There are shops there sling olive oil. I bought some of the olive soaps. Have a fab. Time.

We stayed in October, a few immigrants in Kos Town, but only temporary as being put on ferries. We saw no trouble, it was just upsetting to see baby's and women with all worldly possession's in one bag, so sad. I think by... More
