I found this winery through Google and I was really satisfied.
For his birthday I gave my father an experience dedicated to the tasting of 4 wines accompanied by a perfectly designed lunch.
Arriving with the appointment at 1pm we immediately took a tour of the cellar with the Sommelier Christian, who was very interesting and exhaustive on the questions asked by us and the other diners.
Many curiosities about the winery and the wine they produce will then take us sitting at the table, more precisely at the elephant tavern, which is located directly inside the cellars.
The experience begins with the explanation of the opening wine, a brut. Then followed by a white, more precisely a dotted Malvasia, all accompanied by an appetizer of cured meats, cheeses and other small dishes.
Between the starter and the first course, the other two wines included in the tasting are brought, two reds, a lighter one, a Cesanese, followed by a reserve (very welcome given the increase in alcohol content of the wines, in fact, thanks also to the accompaniment of food, did not weigh excessively); the rest of the meal consisted of: a first course, pasta with burnt pepper sauce and guinea fowl ragout (delicious to say the least, compliments to the chef), lamb chops on a bed of caramelized red cabbage and broccoli (very interesting combination) and in finally a dessert (in our case a kind of coffee creme brulee with dried fruit topping and for the other diners a classic tiramisu) accompanied by a bitter (very sweet) and a coffee.
I recommend this experience to everyone, also because all this cost "only" €50 per person, which I must say, I find it a very fair price, having also judged other wineries before this one with a similar price, but with a decidedly reduced experience in comparison.
Thanks to all the staff!

This was a very nice tour! We met the driver at Piazza del Popolo in Rome, and he drove us in a van to the Roman countryside, about 35-40 minutes out. We met the manager of the winery and he gave us a short tour of the wine making area, explaining the wine making process they use. We then had charcuterie and sampled three wines, followed by a pasta dish and dessert. Generous wine pourings and very informative talk from him, as he walked us thru the wines. Both novice and more knowledgeable people would enjoy it. The carbonara was the best I have had and the wine was excellent. Wine prices were excellent. Thank you!

If you want first class service, a company that cares when a tour goes wrong, a replacement tour at short notice-then this is the company for you.
We had booked a number of tours through Expedia prior to our stay in Rome and Vinebliss was dealing with our day visit to Bracciano Castello. Unfortunately, two days prior to the visit, Bracciano Castello cancelled the tour due to accepting a private function. Marco at Vinebliss informed us and put the wheels in motion with Expedia to refund our payment. Later in the day, I received another email from Marco, informing me that he had an alternative tour to Castello di Torre in Pietra and he could arrange a visit for us should we wish. After a few emails/texts form Marco, all was arranged, the final email arranging for us to be picked up from our Hotelat no extra cost. On the Friday morning, Andrea was at the Hotel before the arranged time and we then learnt that the tour would just be for the two of us - we had the use of an executive Mercedes for the tour.
After a very pleasant drive from Rome, we arrived at the Castello di Torre and was introduced to Christian who proceeded to guide us around the estate whilst providing us with its history and information on the winemaking process and grape types. Having visited many Vineyards over the years, we were very impressed by this one. Christian proved to be an excellent guide and host and the only downside is the fact that we did not get to see the inside of the Castello ,only the Winery.
Christian concluded our tour by returning us to the Restaurant area and proceeded to introduce us to four wines (all proving to be excellent!). He left us to enjoy them in our own time, returning every now and then to pour us some more and discuss the flavours and textures. We were then served an excellent three course lunch in order to continue with the wine tasting and pairing.
The end result of the visit was purchasing as much wine as we could fit in our luggage for our return flights to the UK! An excellent day for my wife and I spent in the company of and with thanks to Christian and Andrea- special thanks to Marco at Vinebliss for the organisation at short notice.

We visited today (4/10/19) and were blown away. What a fantastic place.
Christian was an excellent host and his knowledge of wine and wine making are clearly a passion. Every question answered and more.
We had a tour of the winery, the grounds and the sat down to lunch and of course the wine. Again Christian was on hand to explain and advise which made the whole experience incredible. Food was fantastic. No pressure to purchase any wine but why not when it is this good.
All in all a fantastic visit and highly recommend. Out thanks the Christian and the whole team. Keep up the good work you do an amazing job.

A surprise stop on our way to airport led us to discover this beautiful spot. Christian gave us a great tour of the winery and the grounds which was followed by a wine tasting. The wines were fabulous and the food was some of the best of our trip. Can’t say enough good things about this treasure spot in Italy! Would definitely revisit!

We have visited this cantina several times over the past twenty years. It is right next to the 'Tower' (actually a massive 17th century mansion), and a wine outlet (bulk wine) hidden inside a long cave. The food is fresh, well presented and very tasty. Staff are friendly and know their food and wines inside out - very knowledgeable. The outdoor dining might seem a little rustic and noisy, but that's the Italian way - everyone enjoys talking, eating and sharing dishes. Always a great experience, and we usually leave absolutely stuffed, but happy.
