“Very nice place to visit while in Togliatty”

That`s one of the few cultural places to visit in Togliatty. It works from September till May and has some summer festivals. Management does its best to bring and show interesting artists like jazzman from NYC or salsa artist from Spain and ticket price is still affordable. But the soft spot of Togliatty philarmony is interior which wasn`t been renewed since USSR.
