Glorious beach, well worth the effort to get there.
However, don't order a 'cream tea' from the Petit Bot Tearooms.....
Microwaved fruit scone (dry), strawberry jam portion pack and squirty cream, truly abysmal. I rarely write a negative review but felt that the price of £13.50 for two 'cream teas' pushing it a bit.

Its a bit hard to find down narrow lanes but once there its worth it. Petit Bot Bay is a great place to walk or just sit on enjoy the views. You can park in the one way road either going down to the bay or coming back up. A lovely cafe with great over the bay.

We visited Petit Bot on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning. We were some of the first visitors that day and so parked easily, however there were no spaces left when we came back to the car. It was an absolutely gorgeous spot, with an excellent cafe where we got a coffee and sat looking over the bay.
On the down side, I decided to look in the Tower. Walking in from bright sunshine to its dark inside, plus looking down so as not to trip, I missed the dark doorframe inside the stone wall and cracked my head on it. Two weeks after suffering concussion, I thought I would just give a little warning to everyone else to be more careful than I was.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend a visit there. I intend to visit again when I am next over.

This is one of the smaller bays on Guernsey but has a cafe and toilets. Easy to reach on foot from the bus, but car access, too.
Stunning scenery all around and very peaceful.
There is the option to continue exploring on the coastal paths.

Have you walked on this little beach and discovered the cave at the end? It’s a beautiful spot with one of many historic Napoleonic Loop-hole towers.
The cafe is perfect for tea, coffee or ice cream but the food is really limited so don’t expect an elaborate lunch. If I were rating the cafe it would have two or three stars due to its simplicity, but this is a tiny place so doesn’t get the visiting trade to have an elaborate menu

This review is about what I think is the most beautiful beach on the island, it's small, it's quaint and it can be hard to park.
The tide goes out very far but comes in quickly, it's a great beach for swimming and playing, my daughter enjoyed working with other children to try and build a dam in the river that flows down the beach (which then gets washed away when the sea comes in ready for the next group of children)
The tea-room didn't have cream teas at 11am so I didn't stick around to try it - pack a picnic :D

Getting to the bay can be done easily if approaching from the West. The road from the East is one-way, the wrong way.
Parking is limited somewhat but most car parks in Guernsey aren’t going to be huge!
The tower is open to go inside which is interesting.
I would recommend the cafe too, very nice crab mayo sandwiches.

This is down a narrow road in the south east of the island, and you can park on the way down on the left of the road - by the beach itself it is locals only. There is a concrete slipway down which you walk a bit to enter the beach, which is stone-covered, not sandy, at the top. The sand is further down and very pale, so you can decide the area you want according to the tide. This is a small beach, used by readers, sun-worshippers, and by people with small boats who set off into the cove (or land from a larger boat).
There is a cafe on the beach, plus a restaurant just off the beach, and clean toilets.

Lots of windy and narrow tree lined lanes with varied scenery to negotiate before you reach the cove it must have been ideal for smugglers!

We found this little bay on our last day, wish we'd have found it earlier! Beautiful little unspoilt bay, next to picturesque tea gardens with a stream running beneath the building.
