This trip was by far my top experience!
From the moment of pick up at the airport, our tour guide (Khalil) was extremely friendly and professional. We were in constant communication prior to the trip which eased my fears going abroad. I definitely recommend this private tour because there’s so much more you can get from the experience that you wouldn’t get on a large tour bus. I went with two of my girlfriends and had a great time. We traveled from CasaBlanca to Marrakech but each day we stayed at a different raid or hotel which was a great experience to see something new each day. Since it was a private tour, many times you can choose to stop at shops or market places or ofcourse take photos(: we also went camel back riding at the Sahara and ATV riding in Marrakech. The food is great, lovely culture, people and country. If you are looking for an adventurous, exotic, Yet relaxing- girls or couples trip? I definitely recommend this trip. I really enjoyed my experience.

I trekked for 4 days with Desert Brise while solo-travelling in Marocco at the end of December. Good organization, and communication with Kahlil during all the planning. I enjoyed every minute of this 4 day trek in the desert walking next to the camels that carried all we needed for our adventure. Mustafa (guide) and Abdoul (driver) were taking good care of the organization during the trip, preparing good food (and baking bread in the sand!) accompanying us through the unique landscapes, the freezing starry nights, and teaching us some bits of nomad life and arabic words. We were a very small group and this also helped fully enjoying all the experiences. This tour is recommended to all of those that want to experience a bit of adventure in good hands in a beautiful environment.

My husband and I had a great, privat 22-day Grand Tour of Morocco. It was our first trip to Morocco. After contacting Khalil (DesertBrise) with a possible route and places we wanted to see, he made some good suggestions and then organized the whole trip (driver, car, riads/hotels, desert camps, guides, balloon ride, meals). Everything worked perfectly.
We had Yousf as our driver for the whole trip. He spoke excellent English and had very good knowledge of the places we visited and areas we drove through. His driving was excellent and the Toyota Prada was in good shape and much appreciated in the desert areas. I would recommend a 4x4 high clearance car for all trips to the desert.
We requested to stay in riads or desert camps where possible and Khalil booked accordingly. We were often surprised by a very plain looking door at the end of a small alley. When we entered the riad there was a beautiful court yard often with a fountain and greenery. The tents in the desert camps in Merzouga are quite luxurious and those in Erg Chigaga are more simple. It was great to spend some nights out among the dunes.
Of all the places we visited we liked the cities/towns Marrakech, Fes, Taroudant and Chefchaouen and the areas Merzouga (sand dunes), Erg Chigaga (sand dunes), Anti Atlas mountains, Todra gorges and Dades valley the best. The off road drive through the rocky desert and then the sand dunes of Erg Chigaga was definitely a highlight. Do not miss a visit to a large market with fruits, vegetables, live animals, 2nd hand cloths etc. We were not so impressed by the coast and the balloon ride in Marrakesh (safe but not much to see).
We would definitely book with DesertBrise again. Thank-you Khalil and Yousf for a great trip.

6 day private tour from Fes to Chefchaouen, Tinghir, Ouarzazate & Marrakech. DesertBrise is a quality operation & Khalil was easy to work with so we had no complaints or problems. The driver Abdul was pleasant & helpful & a safe driver which is equally important.

The experience was amazing. We were picked up at our hotel, even when it was outside their area. The people where very friendly and the camelride in the dunes was beautiful with the upcoming sunset. In the camp we had a great dinner and after the music we slept outside under the stars. It was a great experience and lovely people.

It was truly amazing staying in the Sahara with DesertBrise. I spent five days there – the first and last nights in the camp, and the others in the desert. The people were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The views of the desert and the stars were surreal, and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend the trip. However, be prepared for some serious trekking!

We really loved this experience! Khalil, our guide, was extremely nice. He picked us up at the Riad where we are staying and took us to the desert. The camel ride was incredible. Mustafa is a very friendly guide who answered all our questions and even offered to take pictures. The animals were well taken care of and even their babies came along following us the whole ride. After the camel ride we enjoyed tea and a nice chat with the guides. Loved it!

Our drive from Marrakech was in a very new and roomy minivan. The stops to see the women’s Argan oil cooperative very interesting, and the stop to see the goats in the trees the funniest thing I have ever seen. We connected with our local guide in Essaouira, who was terrific! Helping us to dump our bags at our hotel, allowing us an hour to get some lunch, then taking us to the port and seeing the hundreds of fisherman and their boats, the locales buying the catch of the day. His pace was perfect, explanations of the history of the town, and it’s architecture brought it to life. As we entered the walls and wove in an out of all the alleyways, he would duck us into a doorway to see a funky Riad , where we could climb up to there roof for a spectacular view. Taking us thru the souks to see all the special talents of the locales.

Fabulous trip in the desert of Morocco! Very practical for covering a large distance in a short time. However, we spend most of the time by car, but the landscapes are magnificent. Our guide, khalil, was very pleasant, funny and professional, which made the trip even more interesting. In addition, he speaks English very well, which we did not expect! We recommend this agency!

superb stay, total change of scenery and disconnection guaranteed! We (my friend from Germany and I) really enjoyed being able to walk in a small group with 4 men from Belgium for 3 days trek, very pleasant, funny, always in a good mood. The team from DesertBrise Travel (guide, cook and two camel drivers, as well as the various drivers) was also always at the top, pleasant, available. As for my friend Ylay and I, we were a little overwhelmed by the physical effort required. Although we had done both of the many treks in the desert, we had overestimated our declining strength with age. I think we should limit ourselves to treks of difficulty 1.
