We choose Winwin tours after reviewing a few Tour Agencies and travelers comments and decided to take a 4 hours tour. Our Tour guide - Clara is fun and knowledgeable about the history of Macau. Places we visited includes A-Ma Temple, Golden Lotus Square, Panda Garden, Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Border Gate, Red Lights District, Old City Walls, etc.

She is a wonderful guide and we enjoyed the tour every much. Thanks Clara.

Went for a half day tour with Clara and she was on time and very professional. Took us to the main sites only since it was a quick 4 hour tour but my siblings and i enjoyed it. Clara had lots of info and quite funny too sometimes. Very reasonable since we were 8 in our group with our own coaster ride(good for 20). Thanks again Clara and well see you again.

Clara is a wonderful guide – deeply knowledgeable and with a great sense of humor. Our group loved her. Many participants tipped her at the end. I made one mistake: Clara recommended a vehicle tour for our group, but I insisted on a walking tour in the center. She was right – we would have learned more and seen more that way. Next time I bring a group to Macao, I’ll definitely ask her for a tour in a vehicle. She also made a lunch reservation for us which turned out better than the restaurants I took my groups to on previous tours. Thank you Clara and see you again!

We did a 4 hour tour with Clara as we wanted to also go to the Venetian for shopping and a gondola ride and watch the House of Dancing Water at the City of Dreams (a must do!). We; my husband and two daughters aged 13yrs and 11yrs, were visiting Hong Kong for 6 nights so decided to spend a day in Macau.

We left Hong Kong at approx. 8:45am by Turbojet and approx 1 hour later arrived in Macau and cleared immigration by 10am to meet Clara who was waiting in the terminal for us. We went to her 7-seater vehicle with driver (and air conditioning!) then did a tour based on some sights we wanted to see and Clara took us to other historical sights.

The great thing about having a personal tour with Clara is having flexibility to do and go where you want. Clara organised our Venetian gondola tickets and the 5pm House of Dancing Water tickets showing us how to get from the Venetian to the show walking through the casinos which was a huge help! We had a fantastic day in Macau leaving after the show and getting back to Hong Kong around 9:30pm.

We felt it was a great day as we had Clara's tour with some history and then the casinos and show. I heard about Clara through trip advisor and we contacted her two days before our Macau trip and she was very quick to reply and organise everything. She is a wonderful lady, very intelligent and interesting and we enjoyed our tailored tour with her. Thank-you Clara!

After reviewing a few TA comments, we decided to book a day tour of Macau with Winwin tours, and Clara was excellent: well thought out tour packed with history and connection to current events, with good amount of local touch and great restaurant and bakery stops but no sales pressure or casino push. The driver was great and we couldn't even accomplish half of what we saw without a car on standby everywhere we went. I recommend this tour highly for day visitors with interest in history, culture, and landmarks.

My husband and I took my elderly parents to Macau for a weekend. We didn't know much at all about Macau so booked Clara at WInWin tours for a 4 hour tour. It was absolutely fabulous! She met us in the lobby of our hotel, with Lindsay her driver and a comfortable mini-van. They took us all over Macau to so many sights and Clara successfully mixed facts with humour and we learnt soooo much about Macau! As my parents were old and there were too many stairs to get down into Senado Square, they managed to go through all the little back streets and dropped us off RIGHT down in the square ... so great! If you are coming to Macau, make sure you book a tour with WinWin and Clara ... otherwise, you will think that Macau is only about Casinos and big fancy hotels ... there is so much more to Macau ...just ask Clara!

I found Clara in TripAdvisor after researching for a reputable guide who can give me and my family a private tour in Macau. The reviews were great so we decided to take our chance with her. From the start she was professional and easy to communicate with. We scheduled a 6hours (that turned in to 7hours) day tour, and from the moment she gave picked us up in the ferry we knew we were in the good hands. She gave us the option to choose what kind of tour we wanted, and was very flexible when we requested to go to certain areas and do some activities (The Skywalk in Macau Tower is definitely a must go to!) She was very knowledgeable about the route and traffic scheme in Macau so we weren't wasting time stuck in the car. She even gave us a tip where to buy cheaper ferry tickets going back to Kowloon and stayed with us till we entered the departure gate. She's very knowledgable with her facts about Macau and loves to put some jokes during her spiels. Definitely someone I would recommend to guide any visitors who want to really see and enjoy what Macau has to offer!

I just got back from Macau and while we were there, I booked a tour with Winwin. The booking process was easy and Clara was very responsive. On the day of the tour, she showed up right on time and we got in a very comfortable, leather-bound, auto-door tour van with a good, safe driver. It ended up raining pretty hard late morning, so we adjusted the plan and went to Coulane(sp?) which was a nice village. And then after lunch at a local restaurant, we were able to see the historic sites of Macau. Clara definitely took us places we wouldn't have seen otherwise and that other tours don't do, as I didn't see any tours or tourists at several of our stops. She gave us all the information we wanted and made the tour quite fun, despite the rain. I would recommend about 6 hours if you really want to see it all in one day without being rushed. Hope this helps.

Our group of 7 including 2 seniors and 1 kid engaged Clara for a half-day tour of Macau. The only thing I regret is the number of hours we kept aside for this private tour. Just 4! What would work best for both the guide and the group is at least 6 hours. 4 hours is good enough for the history tour though.

Clara, to her credit, managed to fit in all our requests, shifted order of visiting and removed anything from the standard set that we would not be able to view. It was a somewhat rushed tour but we were driven by costs and time so it would be not be fair on our part to blame Clara for that. Clara kept it as tight as possible and pre-planned things like booking tickets for Macau Tower before-hand. We kept escaping the crowd somehow and were able to enjoy all attractions without jostling for space with others.

Our itinerary included the Macau Tower, the grand prix museum, the wine museum(next door to the grand prix one), macau museum fort ramparts (we did not enter for want of time), st pauls ruins, visit to a bakery and to a souvenir shop. The bakery had the over-hyped egg tarts which tasted just about ok. I had added it into the itinerary thinking it's a must have. Puh-leez!. The bakery has much more exotic stuff you can sample. Sea weed biscuits for example.
At the end of the tour she dropped us at a restaurant of our liking.

She is well versed with English so we did not have any communication problems. She has a sharp wit as well :)

It's unlikely that one would be able to manage this sort of experience on their own in 4 hours. For a crash course on Macau I would highly recommend Clara's tour of Macau. Plan in advance about the attractions you want to see and if you can afford it (time+money) do engage with Clara for at least 6 hours.
