Wine and learn
Jan 2019
The history of wine. The process of wine making and everything that goes along with it. A vast collection of ancient wine bottles and stuff. Interesting place.

The History of wine.
Nov 2016 • Solo
Was a great little place to visit right beside the Motor Museum. And it was free. Great history of how wine was produced in china and i really hope the wine bottles in the cells where real! Some were over 100yrs old!! I did the tasting also as it was only a few quid. Worth the visit if you have the time to spare.

Still Closed!
Sep 2017 • Solo
After a long and tiring walk from the fisherman's wharf, I had to swallow a bitter pill..
This museum is still closed..
I read a review here that it's closed on July but I thought maybe it will already reopen in September, but Nope..
Disappointed as I really interested in wine history..
Dunno when I would have a chance to visit Macau again, so it's a tragedy..

What a let down!
Jul 2017
My husband and I were really looking forward to spending the morning exploring the Grand Prix Museum and the Wine Museum (they are in the same building). Imagine our disappointment when, after walking 30 minutes in the pouring rain, we discovered that the museums were closed for renovations. There wasn't any information about the closing on any website we checked. They are both closed until further notice. For more information, you can call +85(853)-8798-4108/ 8798-4188 during office hours.

Impolite Wine Server and Snooze-Worthy Place
Mar 2017 • Family
The place is FOC like most museums in Macau, most of the sights are just photos and fake replicas of vineyard and winery equipments. Went here on March 20th, 2017 around the afternoon after going to the Grand Prix Museum and Fisherman's Wharf. The Filipino wine server was really impolite in answering questions about buying tickets and quite a racist. Poor service.

This was noting for me!
Jan 2017 • Friends
we went during a weekend and had fought to take the tasting tour. There wasn't one this day and well inside the museum it hadent got much to offer. It was free to enter but my interest in wine is not that big and this museum didn't make me more interested. There are some wine making machines and old bottles of wine to look at. We were out whitin five minutes.

Underwhelming, just okay
Dec 2016
I was disappointed by the wine museum, and wouldn't recommend it unless you're interested in doing a lot of reading and looking at very dated and faded pictures. Some of the information was interesting, just too much and presented in a very lackluster way.

Worth stopping in if you're interested in the Grand Prix museum as well perhaps.

I most likely could have gotten over it if the wine tasting area/shop weren't closed!!!!! So if you're like me and were going for some affordable wine tasting, be sure you check to see if it's open or not. There was a sign just saying it was temporarily closed and apologizing for the inconvenience.
