Worst service ever

I wouldn’t recommend this area as all the staff are not friendly at all. My 3 year old son was badgered by this lady and keeps on following him making him very uncomfortable. My son who doesn’t understand their language and she keeps on showing up nearby him. At that day they only roughly 10 kids playing and that keep on asking him to put his mask properly. When we entered they didn’t even bother to stop us or ask us to let our kid out his mask on properly. We didn’t get this kind of treatment at the other hotels with playroom. Never will I bring my son again to this horrible playroom.

Worst ever
Sep 2019 • Family
Been to here for my first time and the staffs there were so awful. They have no patience to kids at all.

I went to their reception to check on thieir operating hours and dresscode, their receptionist gave me an attitude.

I told them I would come the following day and when i went the next day, they said they were closed for private party.

I was never been told yesterday!!

Wasting all my time to go all the way and stayed in a hotel nearby.

They even responsed who was the girl who answered my inquiries and they could do nothing about it.

What a shame to run kids business ..

Indoor play area for children at COD
Nov 2018 • Solo
There are kid's play zones in several of the major hotel grounds along the Cotai Strip including the Kid's City found at Level 3 of City of Dreams (COD). Opening hours are 10.30am to 7pm daily (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Here you find 17,000 sq. feet of indoor play area and facilities with innovative equipment, machines, games and other play items for children to enjoy.

This can be a good way to spend time if you have little ones and are looking for fun things for them to do.

Entry is MOP120 for 2 hours on regular days and MOP150 on weekends and public holidays.

Disappointed service
Aug 2018 • Family
We was disappointed from the services , it’s bigger than there name and operation .

They just took extra marketing for nothing.

We had our son birthday , the place just normal , Serivce at party was less than other place . Food OMG we and some of our guests had bad time with .

And even you complain about Serivce , and after party , believe me nothing will change . That’s is there limits.

BETTER than the other, but could have been BETTER
Apr 2018 • Family
I visited 2 kids’ venues during my stay in Macau. Therefore, this review is somewhat objective, based on a comparison between the two. I would not name the other venue that I have been to, but it is easy to identify whom I am comparing against.

Kids City is better than the other venue that I had been to. It was bigger, more spacious, more welcoming and had friendlier staff who tried to help. If I were to recommend just 1 kids’ place to go in Macau, it would have to be this. Not because this is the best, but because it is relatively better.

Yet there is 1 area that scarred my experience. My 4-year-old kid was adventurous. Though accompanied by me, we were rejected into entering the playground and could only attempt a small slide. I opined that if accompanied by parent, children should be able to access the slide meant for 5 years and more. This meant that one entire BIG area of the playground was out of bounds. If that is the case, shouldn’t we pay accordingly to play area that we are going to have access to?

If it’s a misty day...
Feb 2018 • Family
This is a perfect place to spend some hours in if it’s a misty or bad, rainy day.
Our kids are 4 and 5 and they enjoyed them self. But I do think it should be some more exercise, like climbing. It’s a lot of paying machines with games and that feel like they get anyway without going away...

Good Kids Entertainment
Feb 2018 • Family
Kids City at the City of Dreams is fun for kids below 10. Most of the play areas are designed to hold kids attention for a short while. The variety is rather limited. However there are ample seating for waiting parents. Luckily it is not so packed so it is rather relaxing and comfortable. Can give it a miss if you are on a tight schedule.

Size comes with an asterisk
Feb 2018 • Family
Came here with two small children, 3 & 6. The facility is new and playground kept my children entertained. It is advertised as the largest in Macau, but most of the space is used for video games, toy vending machines, and activities that require additional money. The $150 / 2 hours entrance fee just covers the play gym that is comparable to other playgrounds. My kids, of course, had to ask me for more money to do the other activities. When comparing what you get for the entrance fee alone, it is average at best, but should be better as it’s newer.

Fantastic Playground, Staff at Counter Rude
Jul 2017 • Family
This is the best playground for kids in Macau above age six. The facilities are spacious with great natural light unlike any of the other kids fun zones in Macau. The Bouncing area is biggest I've ever seen, very high quality.

The staff at the counter are rude. So once you get past them, it's a fun time for the kids.

Wouldn't come here again

We went here while waiting for our Show time of HOUSE OF DANCING WATER
(must see show in Macau City of Dream - Amazing Production)

Nice entrance, Came here on 1st July,
Their "club discounts" suddenly don't apply from 1st July till end August,
Just for your info,

Also don't expect Any type of help from the staff here.. quite surprising - based on the fact that they supposed to be handling children,

We forgot to charge our camera, so we asked if they could just plug it in for a while,
They said No, so I asked if i could pay them,
Then they said lied and said no sockets available (when we could easily see availability)
then they asked me if had USB, I said have,

Then suddenly they made up another lie that the USBs aren't available (without even checking,)

I even told them I will be sitting right here, so they don't have to take care of it,
Still no!

Overall nice pass time for the kids, but would surely go to another place if had the choice.. 😕
