Look, we were in Hong Kong during an unseasonal typhoon in October - ridiculous weather - but it was a stopover and we'd visited Hong Kong before. It came out warm and sunny one day (between two horrors) and we decided to go to Macau pretty late in the morning, no plan, no idea. Like other reviewers we were accosted... More

Finally on port, cleared customs, joined bus for 30 minute trip to port to catch the hour long catamaran cruise to Macau Revolving Restaurant, Located on the 60th floor. Hot and steamy all day long. Macau not as I expected, other than the very opulent Casino’s, the island is much the same as any other. First port of call off... More

this is a tour I wish I had skipped. The tour guide Mario was terrible and opinionated he had his own agenda and was hard to follow on a very crowded island. I guess he felt that visiting the almond cookie factory was more important than spending some time in the casino. Also he took us to his favorite souvenir... More

We were fortunate to be met by Kenny who was the best travel guide we have had. Vehicle was meticulous his English great and local knowledge unbelievable. The day went so quickly. We recommend this service to any one visiting the area. Best advice is don't prebook and look for Kenny at the terminal!

I had to scroll through a lot of tour rating to find one that talks about Mario. We booked a Viator tour from Hong Kong and even though taking a 10 hour tour seemed foreboding, I will tell you it was the highlight of my Hong Kong stay. Was picked up at a central hotel by bus and after stops... More

On our first day visit to Hong Kong, and as per previous booking thru Gray Lines, we had a pick up from our Hotel to Macau Ferry Terminal for departure to Macau . Our first stop was at the Roman Catholic Church where after we had attended a lovely Parade as it was the Chinese New Year (7/2/2016).,The itinerary included... More

Macau in many ways rivals Las Vegas, and probably more glamorous, not to mention its relatively newer facilities. The first thing one must decide is how to get around to see so many fabulous casinos in town, and don't let the "island" size fools you--and forget about biking or scootering, it's not done and for the good reasons: the winding... We got off the ferry and was approached by Tony Chan from Lotus Tour Travel. At first we thought he was an official from the tourism board, not trying to sell us anything. However he worked for a local tour guide company, and offered us a 4 hr city tour and transportation to the other island for an evening show.... More

We arrived in macau by the Cotai turbo jet ferry from Hong Kong. As soon as we walked through the ferry lobby we had the Macau Tourism agents grab us to talk us into taking tours. Our initial intention was to catch public transport or taxis to each destination. We eventually gave in to hire a private tour guide. Initially... More
