Venice indoors !

As close as you get to a replica of the real Venice. And then indoors. A must see when in Macau. Ignore all the stores. A walk along the channels is enough.

This casino is bar far most popular casino in Macao. Always congested. Don't expect glam and glitter though, most gamblers are from Mainland China making huge bids all night long drinking milk tea, hot tea and coffee. 24 hour eateries nearby and cheap and fast, nothing high end here.

I love that they don't check your passports at the entrance of the casino here like they do in Singapore's casino. But beware of bagpack and the type of shoes that you are wearing. The table price is a bit out of my range, but the machine is still affordable if you are playing in a budget.

If you like slots this casino (and all the others in Macau) is not for you. Asians love table games so 90% of the floor is covered with those. The few slot machines that are offered are downright boring by comparison. Essentially they are all the same, with some minor variations. Sure we all want to win, but if we... More

The place is one of the main attractions in the city, being a stop on many city tours. Seeing the enormous amount of Chinese tourists going inside is already a major factor to visit. This is the Asian branch of the Las Vegas casino, and there is a shopping center that transports you to Venice. One can take a rise... More

Take note of where you go in from if you need to get back to the same entered area. The casino have at least 4 exits! Lots of jackpots and tables

Mosttables have a minimum HKD300 bet, the Plaza itself is built in a way to confuse you so that you unconciouslly see more. Got lost more... More

Stayed at the Venetian with family who were visiting from NZ. I have stayed here a few times before so aware of how awesome this hotel is. The facilities I can't fault. The casino doesn't close and is quite a site when full with gamblers. We tripled our money on the slots so were happy.

My girlfriend visited Vegas and I haven't. I had a great time and she was bored very quickly, so take from this was you will. For someone who hasn't experienced something of this scale the experience was unique and fun and if you're visiting Macau for a day (or two) don't miss the world's Largest Casino. Do note that if... When the Venetian casino opened many years ago, there were boatloads and busloads of tourists queueing to visit here either to check out the mall, stay at the huge hotel, or go to what was once the biggest casino floor in Macau. Its not THAT busy these days but long long gone are the days of a cheap $200 black... More
