    Wonderful
We stayed at a hotel near Tigaki beach in early July 2023. It was 33°C in the daytime and 26-27 °C at night. It's 5€ / sunbed / day but free at some beach bars and restaurants if you order their food or drinks. Highly recommended Misirlu Seaside Lounge and King Size Beach Bar. It's family friendly beach with water sports and activities. Soft and clean beach. Safe for kids tho.

    Banana Beach is the best
Banana Beach is the best! Please look out for the Banana Beach sign for the best section of the beach, it is worth a few extra steps and is near Grand Gelato. You will be welcomed by Sterios who will look after you like a friend while you are on the beach. €5 euros per sun lounger with beach service for drinks if you want them.

Great beach with a lovely town nearby
This is a great beach lots of sand and water is clear. Plenty of loungers when we visited..this was late afternoon (4pm) so don't know what it's like in the morning. Parking free and the beach is a short walk to Tigaki which has lots of places to eat.

    Beautiful
Beautiful. Best beach we've been on for a while . Not crowded. Plenty of beds . €10 or free with food and drink . The best part is your food and drink come to you . A little bit of luxury. Happy Holidays. The doughnuts are so free and he sells a lot to twice a day from Adonis.

    Stunning beach
Stunning beach. Very clear water. All different kinds of sunbeds, very cheap. Including: safes, solar pannels, wifi etc. Very nice places to eat around the beach. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean beach and worth visiting
Tigaki Beach was worth visiting. It is along the road side and narrower than other beaches but was good for swimming. We did notice some seaweed but it disappeared after a few days. It was one of the best beaches in Kos for swimming.

    Relaxing beach
Visted this beach on numerous occasions over our holiday, it is a lovely sandy beach and clear water, odd days there is a slight build up of some seaweed but nothing much. 2 sunbeds and umbrella cost us €12 a day and some have USB chargers built in, look for the yellow and red unbrellas with solar panel on top. Good comfy sunbeds well worth the money

    Lovely Beach and Warm Sea
Plori Beach is a section of Tigaki main beach. We considered this to be our favorite beach. It was walking distance from our hotel. The beach beds and and shades cost 5 euros wash and there is drinks and food service plus water sports.

    Tigaki beach
This is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches for miles. The sea is shallow with a small strip of shingle before getting into the sea proper. The Tigaki section is a popular nudist beach although its still quite normal to get people walking along from the Flamingo beach area /inland Salt lakes through to the wind surfing place at the other end (although the beach just continues along - you can walk for miles). Facilities such as a few bars / toilets are located at each end with nothing but the sandy beach backed by the dunes on the Tigaki section (I think I did spot parking on some parts located behind the dunes)

This is probably the best beach on the island, it is long and sandy and gently shelves into the sea, underfoot it's sand and due to a sandbank you can walk out a fair way before it starts to get deep.

Sunbeds are available, Free from places such as Kingsize (provided you eat drink there) or you can pay 8 euros for a pair of sunbeds & umbrella.

The beach is backed by the coast road and plenty of shops and restaurants to get drinks / food etc, they also sell fruit and doughnuts on the beach.

The beach also benefits from a cooling onshore breeze, this makes the heat (34 - 36 when we were there) more bearable, and you only realise how hot it is when you walk off to the beach to the shops.

Plenty of parking and toilets, a very convenient beach.

Good value watersports are also available at a number of locations along the beach.

Beautiful Tigaki Beach.
Visited the beach in the last week of October. Very peaceful. Soft golden sand which sparkles in the sun and seemed to be clean. We got the bus from Kos Town (Cleopatra Street) for 2.10 euros each way which takes 20 minutes and drops you opposite the beach.
The beach is sectioned off into areas which is run by different companies.
They seemed to charge 10 euros for the day for 2 beds and a brolly.
The sea was warm , clear and clean, gently shelving so safe for families.
There is a nudist part to the beach after the beds and brollies finish.
Overall well worth a visit.

This is one of the loveliest beaches I've visited. The sea is so warm and shallow enough to swim out in. On many days the sea was perfectly calm too and lots of fish. Only one day we visited and the sea was a little more rough with the sea not as perfectly clear. There are loungers and umbrellas at 2 for 10E. Bar service available at reasonable prices too. You can buy doughnuts, blankets and massages from the traders but they don't hassle you which is nice. Great views here and a few picture opportunities too. There are also water sports boats and pedalos available. Great place to spend a day with lots of restaurants and shops very close by.

Really nice beach with soft sand. It can be a little windy at times. Best place to go is Rooster beach bar. €4 for a sunbed, beach service for food and drink from the bar and probably the cleanest toilets in Kos

Tigaki Beach is long but broken up by several styles. Opposite our Apartments the beach was relatively narrow with gentle access into the sea. Trees lining the beach offered shade but this part was close to the relatively quit road. Further along towards Tigaki, the beach became wider but still tree lined and sunbeds now more plentiful as you approach the Kingsize Taverna. The beach became even wider as you approached the Watersport centre. The centre was restricted on what it could offer because of Covid but a few customers were able to enjoy the Jet Skis.
As you walk further along the beach it became more like sand dunes with no one for miles. Seaweed did spoil this area just a little bit. Even further along the beach and now some way from Tigaki one could see that there were those who really did enjoy the sun !!!
The Beaches were almost litter free but unfortunately the roadside was not good at all. Such a pity as this lack of attention to this matter ignored the fact that todays visitors do not want to be annoyed by yesterdays rubbish. It was quite clear that this was not left by visitors. Get a grip Tigaki.
