AUS DIVING ACADEMY Gili Air is a PADI 5 Star Resort. As a boutique PADI 5 Star Resort we offer a personalised service for our customers and small groups sizes in both fun dives and courses. GET YOUR PADI HERE! We teach all PADI Courses at AUS DIVING ACADEMY from PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program for your first underwater experience to full PADI Open Water Certification and PADI Advanced Open Water Course. Looking for a challege try the PADI Rescue Diver Course. Want to go deeper? Explore ship wrecks, dive on Nitrox? our PADI Instructors can teach you any of the PADI Speciality Courses. Looking for a change of direction ask about our GAP YEAR Program and becoming a PADI Dive Master. We have Fun Dives 3 times a day for the certified divers and night dives every night. Dive Times: 9 AM, 11,30 AM, 2,30 pm. Looking for a different type of night dive try Ultra Violet Light. My experience with the Aus diving school was just perfect! Mark as my instructor was so knowledgeable and made all my dives great fun as well as very interesting. The school itself is run by a beautiful couple who truly have passion and knowledge for what they are doing. Safety was of the highest level and equipment was in great condition! I could not recommend this company more, be it for just a single dive or a course, you will not be disappointed.

Decided to get my scuba license at AUS after hearing rave reviews about this business. And they did not disappoint!!! I had Mark as my instructor, and he was wonderful!! He made the whole experience fun, and did a great job making sure I felt safe. But it wasn't just him, the whole dive shop was so inviting and so accommodating! 100/10 would recommend!

A great dive experience with expert divers and an easygoing atmosphere. We went to the Bounty site for $AU55 plus $10 conservation fee for the marine park (required in all Gilis dive shops) and saw turtles, stonefish, lion fish, anemone fish etc. Takes about 20 min by boat from Gili Air to the site.

I decided to take my 10yo son diving after he asked for it so many times, I’ve never felt comfortable with the idea before my wife and I met Mark. Mark was amazing and his passion, love and respect for the sport really put us at ease. He made sure that my boy was confident and calm enough before taking us out to turtle haven. This was a safe and unforgettable experience in the capable hands of a great instructor. My son and I have created memories that will last forever and I couldn’t be more comfortable in recommending Mark at Aus Diving Academy and all of the team and boat crew who were all fabulous and so much fun to be around. Just do like we did, pop in, say hi and you will end up making beautiful life long memories.

Was on an extended stay on gili air with my girlfriend and when shopping around for the right place to finally get my diving cert rom, i got lucky and stumbled into ADA. there were two happy lads hanging out front drinking big bintangs, i had a cold one in tow as well and we struck up a natural conversation. i figured, why not do my diving cert with them. for sure we could enjoy a couple brews after a long dive or swiiming with fish. so glad that i chose ada. their level of professionalism was fantastic, yet very friendly and easy going. a perfect fit for someone that wishes to pursue a leisurely hobby like divining paradise

Been waiting to dive my whole life. Finally had the spare time and came to gili air. I checked out a few places when I arrived and ended up settling in with ADA. Mark from Ireland was my instructor and he was patient and knowledgeable, a very good teacher. The place is very well ran for a small school and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to returning to do some more dives with ADA.

my husband and I and our twelve year old daughter Jessi had a very bad experience
at the aus diving academy when we were introduced to a man with pierced nipples who claimed to be the owner of this business, his name is mark Cornell, he was very rude and was making advances to our twelve year old daughter which is totally disgusting and we were not happy , unfortunately there are no police on the island other wise my husband would of made a complaint . I strongly suggest to any families that have children over the age of twelve stay clear of aus diving academy and please ask your hotel for good and professional diving suggestions and recommendations.

This review is against trip advisor guide lines. I have reported it but after 17 days it has not been removed. I know that this response will not be published but I hope that this will have someone look into this smeare campaign against myself and my business.

This was our second visit with Aus Diving Academy – returning this time with my husband and two teenage children. Then whole team at Aus Diving Academy were super professional and friendly throughout our 7 days of diving. My husband hadn’t dived for 20 years and with the kids did a pool refresher theory and practical which was excellent. My son a newly qualified Open Water Padi diver did a deep adventure dive that qualified him for 30m ,and my daughter did her Advance Padi diver. Mark, Amel, and the whole team Bart, Keith, Sonny, Yuda, Christina and all the boat crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly delivering seamless and personalized service throughout our 7 days diving. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Thank you Aus Diving Academy.
