- Erica KLong Beach, California916 contributionsBeautifulLoved this beach!! Was our favorite of the trip. Fairly easy to get to, and waters were clear and warm. Our kids enjoyed the multiple jumping platforms and the tube that produced a current in the water. I am confused about the previous review that said there were no restaurants, there were at least 6 in close vicinity. There is no public restroom so we purchased drinks and popsicles from the sand and we’re able to use them. We all loved our day here!Visited July 2023Traveled with familyWritten July 13, 2023
- Malak Q22 contributionsScenic natureSuch a beautiful scenic beach. The rocks and the sand and the blue water all were amazing. I loved how the restaurant upstairs was planted with trees to make it fade into the nature around it on the hill. We ate something at the beach restaurant and took our drinks into the water. - Linda P5 contributionsReally good 4 star hotel and complexOK, so here goes..gain the good stuff, the food is generally good even for veggie folks and those who are a bit picky. The drinks are OK, not brilliant but good, four star. The rooms are lovely, again, 4 star not 5. Location is great and beach is lovely... OK so not so good. Facilities for toddlers are not good. Things don't even open until 10:30 and really need to open much earlier. Just not enough for those little ones, much more geared up for aged 8-9 plus. Spotless clean hotel but a good 4 star and no more. Ibiza is lovely.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 16, 2023

Arrived at approx 2.30 on a Saturday afternoon, luckily found car park space immediately on side street but no other spaces(phew)!! We arrived from the left hand side of beach down some steps nearer to were some boats are in the water. Able to get a nice spot and noticed some loungers were also available. We were hungry so went to the Chiringuito de Cala Tarida. We had no reservation and it was really busy but had to wait no more than few mins and then we were shown to our beachside table and comfy sofa style chair overlooking beach, prime spot, lucky again and walked in to the bee gees playing!! . Had to wait a while to be served, turns out we should have had a QR code to scan on our table but it was missing. Again it was so busy snd found some people at the restaurant (they came from the boats) were quite demanding of waiters time , clicking fingers at them etc . Food was delicious but we ordered way too much. Salads were very well presented and plentiful more than enough as a main course but we had it as a side!! There was a little shop next door that had some nice bags and bracelets. The sea was mainly clear we walked along the front to other side of beach, the water was a little murkier in between but soon changed back to clear. It felt more busy the other side of beach so we walked back to our spot. It was a Saturday height of summer so busy and quite loud but glad we went for a few hours to check it out and still lots of space to be found at back of beach.

Horrible beach, went there around 6pm to enjoy a view of the sunset and left running away after 10 mins. Water was very dirty and the people there seemed sketchy... The beach itself is large and parking is easy, but there are dozens of better options around. Avoid!

Gorgeous family beach and sea that great for swimming. Lots of fish to see in the shallows too. There’s a few restaurants/beach bars for food and drinks plus free car parking at the top. There aren’t masses of sun beds so in the busy holiday period get there before lunch. They cost €10 per item plus €5 pp service charge. We’ll worth a visit for a chilled out day.. Ps There are A LOT of steps down to the beach…and to climb back up!!

Undoubtedly this is a beautiful spot but it was so ridiculously busy it was not at all enjoyable. The restaurant has good reviews but we found it dirty, busy and with average food. It’s all about being seen here!! Wish we hadn’t wasted a morning here when we could have gone to do many other beautiful, quiet place in Ibiza.

Really liked the beach, amazing views from above, go on the rocky path to the right side to take some great pictures before going down the stairs to the beach. I enjoyed the beach very much, it had many waves so it was fun (usually the calas are small and have no waves and this is boring for me). So would be ideal to have a swimming ring to ride the waves. Regular bus connection to St Antonio.

I can't understand all the good reviews about this place. It surely has a pretty view but the water was incredible dirty. I didn't feel comfortable at all to swim and was there only a couple of hours and then I went home cause I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.
Expansive restaurants around and filthy water is not a great combo in my opinion.

What is the price of two sun loungers and a parasol per day in August? Is the rental made by the hotel Playa Sol Cala Tarida, Can Yucas restaurant or the beach concessionaire? Thank you
Qual o preço de duas espreguiçadeiras e um guarda-sol, por dia, em Agosto? O aluguer é feito pelo hotel Playa Sol Cala Tarida, pelo restaurante Can Yucas ou pelo concessionário da praia? Obrigado
What about parking?

Top of the hill there is free parking- about 30 spaces. Short walk with steep steps or slope accessing the beach, but doable with a pushchair.

Buone vacanze
