    a 'must do' club
We went on the night Claptone djs. It was one of the best nightclub experiences I have had. The club is great with multiple areas and bars. The dance floor is leveled (watch for steps). There were elaborately costumed performers/dancers in the dance area and the visual decorations were inspiring. It was expensive but totally worth it. It is also open late. We only left at 3:30 AM because we had a morning flight to Madrid. We saw some of the people at the club at the airport and I am sure that there are people who come from Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, etc. that just come for the night and never get a hotel room - just go from the club direct to the airport (flights are cheap! - $30 for 2 beers vs $30 for a flight).

A night at the end of May is a group of friends in the VIP section of the Pacha
As a group of friends, we went to the famous Pacha with a lot of anticipation. The venue is very well laid out and seems somewhat smaller than anticipated. A positive thing is that the whole venue is very professionally managed. The sound quality is good, the light features are well laid out, and the security is on top of everything,.The bar staff is attentive I but not overly friendly. Dancers of very different backgrounds, wearing well designed costumes (the theme of the evening was masquerade) give a very entertaining and professional show. I notices that mix of clubbers was lopsided: about 60% male at the beginning of the evening and ended up being about 90% male which may be a factor for choice in a town with many different options.

Ibiza is a MUST to visit!
I was in ibiza in 2013.Pacha was the best club in Ibiza, with David Ghuetta as a resident Dj.Entry fee & drinks are quite pricey but the experience is well worth it .. Sirroco was also awesome. They had pre drinks & snacks on the house before the club opened..beautiful location, literally on the beach👌❤

    Not worth the hype
We came to see Jax Jones and Robin Schultz, and while the music was good and the club was very well decorated, that was where the positives end. It was 12 euros for a can of water, the most expensive drink we paid for during our time in Ibiza. I could only find two toilets for an entire packed club, but the worst point was the layout of the club. It is impossible to move around inside - we were near the front which you expect to be busy but there is absolutely no room to dance, or even raise your arms up. It took 45 minutes for me to go to the toilet, get a drink and then return through the crowd to where I left my partner. When you enter the club, everyone is funnelled toward the dancefloor making it extremely difficult to walk back to the entrance. It would be incredibly easy for a crush to happen here and we spent most of the evening being trampled because of the tight space. Other places we went to were far cheaper and better laid out meaning you can actually enjoy your evening and not spend it squashed in and I wouldn't return for that reason

    Crammed in like sardines
Whatever you've read about the dancefloor being packed, it's 110% true. It is literally so packed that you cannot move your arms, and those who do are the tall guys who inevitably end up smashing shorter people in the face with their elbows. Very fun. Just ask my girlfriend all about it. To get to the ridiculously packed dancefloor, you have to elbow your way through a huge crowd who do not want to move an inch. If you don't do this, then you won't experience the actually very decent sound, visuals and frost cannons. Forget the bars, toilets or other areas, because if you give up your spot, you'll have an awful time fighting to get in and out again. And all that for a 13€ can of water? The club has a gift shop near the exit. I mean, come on, that says it all. This place is a money-making machine which cares little about average user experience. Maybe try the VIP experience for God knows how much? The upsides were that CamelPhat were great; the sound, visuals, cannons and dancers were class, and the line was non-existent at 1.30am (because they cram everyone in!). In the end, not worth it just to say you've been clubbing in Ibiza, and definitely not worth the surprise testicle groping by security on entry. I honestly can't wait to get back to Berlin where clubbing is affordable and far more enjoyable.

    Do not recommend to anyone!
Was on the guest list for the Flower Power event on 12th Sep 2022 as one of my friends knew the DJ. Queue for guest list was absolutely massive which set the night off on the wrong foot. Got to the front of the queue where a group of older men jumped over the barrier and pushed in front of us and then security told us to leave the queue and go to the back as we ‘had pushed in’. After arguing that it wasn’t us, they dropped it and allowed us to remain in the queue. When we got to the front we had to give our name and show our ID’s to get in, the security guard has acknowledged we were on the guest list. 2 members of the group out of 6 only had pictures of their driver’s licenses which had been accepted in all other clubs and when we asked a member of staff if that was okay before getting in the line they said a photo was fine. My two friends were declined entry because they didn’t have their physical ID’s when the girls in front of us showed a picture copy aswell and got in! He then asked “well how old are you” to my friends which they replied 20 and then said he didn’t believe them. The whole queue system was so disorganised and won’t be recommending them to anyone going to Ibiza.

Bad vibe - iconic club losing its way?
Went to masquerade but a big let down. Agree with some of the other reviews about bad vibe and a bit overcrowded on the dance floor. Seemed a bit tired compared to Ushuaia the night before with light effects a bit limited and a bit of ticker tape blasted out when the main do came on. It reminded me more of a tacky nightclub so maybe rename the place ritzys. Seemed to be a lot of blokes cruising around for girls to pick up and quite hard to find a pocket where there was a good dance vibe for any length of time. This seemed like an iconic club going through the motions plus the roof terrace wasn’t open.

    Horrible
The bouncers will take anything they can from you careful. Bouncers made me pay 60 euros cash as a “tourist fee” after I bought a ticket. Even then after paying this imaginary fee they kicked me out for no reason. By far the worst club in Barcelona. Overpriced drinks and rude workers. STAY WAY IF YOU CAN M.

    Epic.
Went there last night while Robin Schultz was on. We had VIP booked. The experience was excellent and the atmosphere was energetic. The VIP experience was definitely worth the money and the service is second to none. We also got further upgraded within the VIP area master in the evening, meaning we were literally in arms reach if the DJs. For two people the VIP price is worth it as you can easily spend a lot in a club like this. Definitely recommend Anna (the hostess) and her team at Pacha in the VIP area.

The Masquerade at Pacha with Claptone / Groove Armada
Went to the Groove Armada/Claptone Masquerade night and it was brilliant. Read some reviews beforehand and was not sure what to expect but it deffo delivered. Very busy on the dance floor so had to retreat to the balcony area that was less crowded and cooler. Presale tickets meant we did not have to queue and loads of taxis outside to take us home. Only downside was the cost of drinks which were mental but expected so only had a couple there. Not many people would pay the extortionate prices so no queues :-)

What an amazing place for party. I can't recommend enough. We spent Thursday and Saturday night and both were amazing. Saturday the Masquerade party was "The 🍒 of the cake" with Fatboy Slim and Claptone. The music was..... I can't even explain and Fatboy's music was better than Guetta party at Hi(Personal opinion) and Claptone quality as usual.

Yes it's expensive but they are no cheap quality clubs in Ibiza.
It worth the money and we will see you again at the closing party this year.

We would love to see the party going a little more as it finished at some point in the morning but everyone wanted and wants more.

P. S. Love you Pacha and thank you for the 👖.

I feel the crowd in Pacha just go for drink, woman or to say they've been there. It doesn't seem like its for the music. It is was so crammed you couldn't dance if you tried. Overall I got a bad vibe from this place. I left after an hour and got a cab to amnesia...where I should have went in the first place.

After reading the negative views on here I was skeptical about going. So glad I did though as I had the best time! We got there just after 1am for Solomun and there was no queue. It did get quite busy on the main floor but there were less busy areas to retreat to if needed. Security were constantly over watching the dance floor which was a relief but also polite if someone had too many drinks and needed help! Overall great night and definitely would return!
