The spa is nice and offers a great experience, however it is not very well kept, over crowded, with just 1 choice of tea and only 2 types of fruit in the relaxation area, staff inside not well trained and very slippery areas

An incredible spa with many different facilities...one of the best I have ever been to. Many salt pools, steam room, sauna, outdoor pool area, sun beds. A wide range of massages are available. I would highly recommend a visit.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, our room was in the annex building across the road from the main hotel. A little small but comfortable and had a beautiful view of the harbour. A couple of annoying things, The safe didn’t work, very nice kettle but no tea or coffee (when we asked at reception we were told they only supply herbal tea). The toilet seat needed screwing together, the table lamp buzzed like a bee was in the room and last but not least, the room key was so heavy, we felt like jailers. More positive the staff were great, the view was brilliant , and we had a smashing day at the spa, and that was superb and included in the price of our room. Thank you.

The place is in a prime location, lovely beach, great spa and good food. But the service needs a massive improvements, they always treat you as if they are doing you a favour accepting your money and not someone else’s...the spa could be perfect if wasn’t for the lack of maintenance with a few lights missing here and there and small things like this, and also the fact that despite closing at 8pm (7:30pm downstairs) they start cleaning all rooms at 6pm which means you feel rushed rather than relaxed at that time. Also they wrote everywhere to practise silence, and keep quite...yet they accept groups of 10people and let them in all at once: what are the chances that they shut up and never talk to each other? Exactly...ZERO!!! Been here a few days and between the noise in the spa (which could be controlled) and the lack of care of most people from the reception to the waiters as well as the mosquitos everywhere this place is hardly a 4STAR hotel, sorry. A shame as it could be so much better with so little. The restaurant is great for breakfast, ok for lunch and decent for dinner, but with these prices I expect a lot more. Oh and if you are here you cannot miss the giant fallic statues on the terrace facing the port (see pic), I mean this is a family place with kids everywhere....absurd!
