While cycling around Dalmatian island of Solta we visited this agristurizam after making a reservation the day prior. It is a small farm which produces three different wines and olive oil. The owner’s son, Marin, was our host and his hospitality made this one of our most memorable events while visiting Croatia. We were the only couple there and were treated with plentiful samples of their wines, olives, olive pates and olive oil as well as fresh anchovies and warm fresh baked bread. We ended up staying there for one and a half hours and felt no guilt about having to abbreviate our bike ride due to time constraints. A true immersion into the culture of the island. Would highly recommend and will definitely return if we ever make it back to Solta. …

This family place is must visit on Island Solta. Amazing selection of wines, olive oils, starters, and fish or peka for main dish.. Everything that you Will try was produced by the family Kastelanac, and that is what makes this place unique on all Croatian islands.

This is a must visit if you are on Solta island! Everything tasted amazing! We called ahead and ordered the wine tasting menu for 2, including dinner. We were welcomed by the owner and his wife and had a taste of their homemade spirits. Then we were served two types of olive oil they produce at the farm, warm bread, olive pates, fresh olives and anchovies. Amazing taste! For dinner we decided for fresh fish, which the owner grilled close to our table and which were then served with a generous portion of cooked potatoes with garlic and parsley. Again, amazing! Of course, there was also dessert, and then we had to roll to our car haha. The portions really were generous. Along with the food, we tasted a rose and two types of red wine, all produced by Kastelanac. We paid 180 HRK per person for the whole experience. We also bought a couple bottles of their Solta olive oil to take home, because we loved it so much. …

What a wonderful find ! We arrived in Stomorska by yacht and the host picked us up in his car for the five minute journey to their home . I tasted herb , walnut , fig and kumquat grappa with dried figs for appetisers then took a walk round the garden to see all the fresh vegetables and lovely flowers . We ate outdoors, fresh bread , salted sardines , black and green olives and olives pastes with two types of award winning olive oil . That was just for starters! I chose fresh fish cooked on the outdoor grill with delicious potatoes and salad , award winning rose and red wine made on site . Pancakes for dessert and more grappa to finish . An evening to remember . …
