During our week away to lake Garda we decided a vinery was a must, we work in an Italian restaurant and in the run up to our trip I noticed we sold a wine locally produced...avanzi, We arrived hoping to tour the factory however we hadn’t looked in to it and didn’t realise we should have booked, the kind man who’s English was excellent told us some information about the production of the wines, spirits and olive oils, and left us to have a look around the shop, Whilst we were looking at the different wines, he approached us and said it would be his pleasure for us to try some, we tried his recommended white, rosé, red, sparkling white, sparkling rosé, two kinds of grappa, a beer spirit and two olive oils, he then asked if there was any more we’d like to try! Not only was the gentleman polite, welcoming and knowledgeable but the wines were beautiful, my boyfriend is a chef and I am a waitress we left with three bottles of wine and a bottle of olive oil and a brochure of where to order! Highly recommend a visit, would suggest giving them a call in advance as we would have loved to have been able to see the factory! …

I was on a organized music tour (from Israel) in north Italie. Because an unexpected change in the program, our guide decided to take us to the winery-Cantina Avanzi and I am so happy! We were welcomed by the guide of the winery, Andrei, a very kind, I would say lovely very young guy (I thought he is not more than 17-18 years old, but he is 23 :) ), intelligent and very professional, with a fantastic English! He answered with patience on all our questions. The winery is equipped with the most modern tools and technology. The "icing on the cake" was tasting of various wines. The wines are delicate, pleasant and tasty. We received the glasses as a souvenir. It was an fantastic experience, I recommend to anyone traveling in the area…

Our hotel gave us poor information and we just went there and wanted to take the tour. Turned out the tour was full and we had traveled from Desenzano. Customer service was excellent because they squeezed us in anyway. The tour + tasting was 2,5 hours but well worth it with a good tour guide and excellent wines. Highly recommend the place, only for shopping excellent wines or taking also the tour. Remember to book in advance just in case.…

We were very pleased by the two people who were in the shop at this time. I guess they belong the the owners' family. Young gentlemen has spend some time with us explained the difference between what they offer, why the wine is different, even being made from the same grape, walking us through the entire collection. we enjoyed the time spent there and left the shop with couple of boxes with very delicious wine.…
