You can hike in wonderful scenery. Swim or go kayaking in the beautiful crystal clear waters. Snorkel to find the fish in the lakes or eat at El Kiosko who have fabulous food at great prices.

Beautiful setting amongst pine forests & close to the shores of the stunning lake. However, the campsite itself is tiered, the pitches are uneven,, showers are inadequate for the number of pitches & the trek down to the lake is somewhat hazardous. When you do...More

Beautiful, quiet, just fun messing around in water and incredible views. Pedallo, canoe and paddle board all available to hire. if I want there again though I would like swimming shoes as the entrance to the lake is full of sharp stones.

Fantastic scenery. My only complaint is that there are no proper signs to show you how to get down to the waters edge by car. Drove up and down the roads several times, but never found the entrance. There are car parks where you can...More

Ardales is the heart of Andalucia, with malaga, Ronda and Antequera only 35 mins away. The area is stunning, offering the lakes, the Camino and the historic pueblo.

Beautiful scenery with several turquoise lakes among pine trees. Ideal for walking. A few restaurants and bars on the road near the lakeside.

The whole area around Ardeles is very picturesque and a lovely drive with some great picnic spots. Do not think you will be swimming in the lake at this time of the year though.
