We felt like we owned the boat! Pick up was on time and the crew was amazing. Joy and Bernard did such a great job making us feel at home and keeping our drinks full! The day went as promised and the Island looked way better than in the pictures. I cannot wait until my son is of age to bring him on this AMAZING excursion.

This was one of the best Catamaran trips ever. We were welcomed on time, full trip explained also with COVID precautions. The crew was really professional and friendly. Our first stop after 1,5 of sailing was a snorkeling place near old pier - for me it was first time experience with snorkeling but I felt safe as everything was explained. We saw some beautiful 🐠 and coral. The guide also kept us in check and when one bigger Medusa showed up, we were moving in different direction to keep us from harm. Really professional :) After that we sailed a bit more to Saona island private part of the beach where we stayed for a while for some lovely photos, coconuts and drinks provided by the guide - if you buy pinacolada from the locals in ananas, ask your guide to spice it up with their rum 😎 at the time we arrived, the beach was completely empty! One of the perks of traveling in these COVID times - awesome! You won’t see Saona like this any other time. After that we sailed to the natural pools to again to see the starfishes. During the sail we were served a lunch - the quality was just something else - much better than any resort restaurant in DR - I wish you all the best Joy with opening your own restaurant 👍. Starfish in natural pool - There were so many of them! We spent like an hour swimming around and discovering starfishes, Corals and some smaller fishes. To top all of that we were close to the Survivors while there were filming new episodes 😂 I did not expect this at all ... we could not get close but we heard them cheering from the distance and could see the teams. Overall this will be the trip to remember - it’s bad to say, but thanks to COVID we were able to experience Saona island without people and with almost empty catamaran just for ourselves. Best of the best... maybe one thing to add, if you will travel with the resort excursions, you will be packed with other resorts hosts in one smaller boat. With these guys, you get huge catamaran with limited amount of people. This is awesome in COVID times. Really safe. To the crew - thanks for the amazing experience and I hope to see you again in the future. All the best!

We had a wonderful day with the Quetzal team. The boat is gorgeous, the team excellent and the food is amalzing. This was a fantastic relaxing day. The trip to Sanoa island offers great views and the island is unspoiled. 2 stops for snorkeling, at the second one especially there are a lot of sea stars to see.
