We had a wonderful time during the trip to Mount Athos. The cruise was excellent as well as the staff and the view was breathtaking. Dolphins were everywhere around us all the time and i appreciate the fact that the crew gave us spy glasses. I really reccomend this cruise because it was really enjoyable!

A brilliant day out at sea. The cruise was excellent value for money, especially as we booked it online! The monasteries were beautiful with good commentary about each one in various languages. We booked the cruise without lunch as we got to stop off for an hour and a half to grab something to eat. I would definitely recommend it.

Cruise to M.Athos and Swimming on Island Drenia

I had great experience! I really enjoyed on this trip to M. Athos and beautiful island Drenia. Staff is very lovely and likeable! We saw dolphins and it was really amazing! If you go to Oranoopoli you must go on this trip! BEst recommendation!

Sunset Cruise

Lovely sunset cruise to Ammouliani island. Calypso will pick you up from your local hotel and drop you back after the cruise! It's about 30 mins cruising to Ammouliani harbour, you then have 2 hours leisure time to explore or have a meal etc, then cruise back to Ouranoupolis. On our return the transport was full, so to save us waiting any longer to for the driver to return, Calypso paid for a taxi to take us back to our hotel! Great service.

Amazing crew
Perfect cruise , perfect crew ! Everything was super, the boat was very clean and tidy and the crew was amazing !! Especially, Tamara was so polite and professional !! I recommend you to have a cruise with this amazing boat and crew !!

Dear larisafrasina, first of all I would like to thank you for choosing our boat for a cruise to Mount Athos. About your complaints I would like to inform you these: 1. About the "too far from the coast", there is a rule from Mount Athos community that any boat with women onboard, not allowed to sail in a distance less of 500 meters from the coast. Calypso Cruises respect the rules as well as this holy place and the people living there. 2. I would like also to inform you that in the main deck of Calypso, there is a bar where our guests can find toasts, biscuits, croissants, snacks and appetizer for Ouzo or wine. But all of them are extra of charge and not included in the price of the ticket. 3. You choosed to book on a day we had a pilgrimage cruise. Every time we have a pilgrimage along with our cruise, we emphasize on all our passengers about this stop, and inform them that our cruise is going to last one hour more, ( 4 hours instead of 3 that lasts the classical cruise without a stop). There are many visitors travelling many miles for these pilgrimage cruises every season and we organize periodically some of them every month. Except these specific dates during a month, all the other days we offer cruises to Mount Athos without a stop. Thank you again for your time. Have a nice time!

I would say this was the main point of the trip to Halkidiki. The yacht is amazing and you can lay upfront any take sunbath all the time. Have a beer and enjoy the nature of this beautiful place. Strongly recommended to go.

Sail along the coast of Athos

We went as part of a group, I enjoyed the sail on the water and it is moderately interesting to view the monasteries. It seemed to me considering we drove from and to Thessaloniki for 2 and a half hours on the water a not outstanding day. But as women are not allowed this is the closed a mixed group can get.

Dear Ardom!Thank you that you have found your time to write down about your trip on board of our ship. This year we have a lot of pilgrimage tours when the monks are coming on board bringing from the monasteries saint relics. Unfortunately is banned for women to visit the monasteries that's why we have mixed groups.But if you have a desire to learn the life of the monks more you can get the visa (some permision) in Thessaloniki and visit one of the monastery during 3 days.With mixed group the monks allow the ship to pass 500 meters from the coast.
