The Therianos Family Farm is definetely a great place to stop at. It's very accessible by car and you can park in front of the house. The woman that welcomed us was very nice, explaining to us how they made the olive oil, the wine and all the other products they sell. She let us walk in the fields and pet the animals. There were horses, donkeys, goats, chickens etc. The view is amazing, walking between olive trees and vineyards. Our host then made us taste different products, such as wine, liquor, olive oil, honey and raisins, and try different soaps and body oils. We bought many organic products and we were even offered a free bottle of wine to tak ewith us. It was a fantastic visit, one of the highlights of our stay in Zakynthos.

We went to see the farm, and was greeted with open arms by the family. We walked around and got a look on the different raisins, olives and wines. The farm is organic, and the products are delicious. It doesn’t cost anything to visit, but they have a shop where they sell their products.

I googled Therianos family farm before I left for Greece. The warm welcome by Tez was so lovely. After he explained the farm and what to see we wondered off to explore. On our return Tez started to tell us about the family history of the farm, the present and the future. He then went on to tell us about the organic products and gave us samples. This was not just a ‘visit’ it turned out to be genuinely personal. I told Taz my partner was diabetic, to which he recommended High Polyphenol. 20ml per day before food, he should see a massive difference. So we bought a bottle - if it works then wonderful! We were introduced to his sister Dionysia who we were told was an artist and author. She told us all about her book by showing us a copy and read a couple of pieces we chose for her to read (because it was in Greek) I really felt moved and touched by the readings and her story of how she came to write the book. I looked on Amazon and there is was, Learning to fly : kiss of the spirit. I will definitely placing an order. Anyhow,,, We bought some organic products and said our goodbyes. What a fantastic, informative and perfect visit. See you again guys, I’ll be treading grapes with you one day as promised 👍 Please visit and support this amazing family.

We visited Therianos Family Organic Farm and it was a great experience and one of the highlights of a wonderful week in Zante. It is always so enjoyable to hear people talk about the things they are passionate about, and experts in, and this was definitely the case here. Tassos talked to us explaining about the olive oil produce which has won international awards and we had the chance to taste the olive oil, the wine and the raisins - all amazing quality. This was one of the rare occasions when we really wanted to go to the shop to buy some of the products to take away with us. Thank you Tassos and family for sharing your work and the life of the farm with us.
