We had access to this waterpark via the Sunset Resort all inclusive.
You get given a wristband to enter but if you lost/misplace it it will cost around £5 to replace it.
Personally I think this park is great. I went on all flumes. There are height restriction in place where your child must be 130cm or very near that height and be a reasonable swimmer.
My children enjoyed the kids parks and there is a foam party held in the small childrens water area during the day that was fun but a bit much for the little ones.
The water park is genuinely clean. There were a number of wasps hanging around the loungers that was a little irritating but on the whole it was well looked after.
The only gripes I had were 1) the swimming pool area was grubby and could do with a good clean 2) the life guards monitoring the slides from above were young teenage boys and proffered to sit in groups and chat amongst themselves that monitoring the slides flow.
As we had all inclusive we did have a few free soft drinks but didn't eat there as we were only there for 1-2 hrs each time. But its definitely a highlight/perk of the holiday.
I would go back to this park if I was in the area.

Clean, safe, friendly fun!!!
Great day out.
Food good, reasonably priced.

The staff was very friendly, but there were some regulations that I strongly disagree. You can't enter with any kind of food or drink /not even the special water for my child that they don't sell/. You can't enter as a person who accompanying his child there you need to pay the full fee which is a lot. I said that I can't use any of the facilities because I can't leave my three years old daughter alone, so it is obvious that I shouldn't pay, but they were relentless. It's a place where children go to get fun, but there are no animation for them. I hope that I have helped.

There are faults with the design of the Tornado slide. On both rides that my husband and 10 year old son took, when entering the continuation tube after the rotation in the circular part, my husband entered the continuation tube first, with his back facing forward. This resulted in my son hitting his head on the tube entrance during the second ride and getting a concussion. Staff not helpful and not trained in handling such situations.

Negative and careless staff, Very unprofessional. Health and Safety aspect of the park is a huge concern-slippery surfaces, no instruction given.Children restrictions not followed. Water was too cold

Worth to visit for all day fun. Not overcrowded, plenty of sunbeds, good food, a lot of fun for any age. Be in mind- no separate changing rooms and only 3 toilets. Highly recommend.

Went in here with our son and grandson on our way to airport for journey home. After 3pm its cheaper ,but at early hours very expensive even by western European standards. It was almost deserted when we were there, maybe 15 other people ,so no queues for slides. Restaurant had just the usual fast food, But the Burger was quite good, So I had two. Grandson aged 7 years really enjoyed himself as did our son.. Very limited items in fast food outlet.One annoying thing is you must deposit money at a kiosk and get an armband with that amount imprinted for use in the outlets and restaurant and then queue again to get unused credit back.

Came with 5 yr old and 9 yr old, the 9 yr old measured 1.3 m so was charged as an adult! All in we paid £70 for 2 adults 2 kids.
A bit steep if you ask me. And for that price you don't even get a cushion on your lounger! Sitting here in pain, so uncomfortable.
As for the cafe, again over priced junk food.
Hot dogs, burgers, pizza, all the usual crap but at much higher prices.
The place isn't quite finished yet, but loads to do for little ones and big kids alike.
Would we come back???

Bulgaria is lovely, beaches are fantastic and there are other cheaper water parks around.

Terrible controll on entrance. All our bags were search like entering to prison. All snacks and even WATER for 4y old children were confiscated. Priced in bar are insane. Water costs 4 times more expensive as usually. That was first and last visit here.

There is really adorable new aquapark. Visited it in June'17. Only cash payments were accepted at the cash desk.
The water was a pretty cold especially for small kids. There are two special vast areas designed for children. Meanwhile mugs overflowed rather quickly and abruptly doused the children with water. Many kids get scared and cry. They refuse to go again to the slides after such a douche. Changing room is not very cosy (entrance door is always opened so you have no privacy at all) but you can use shower area for changing. We spent less then three hours because the children were cold and tired. On leaving we were asked do we intend to return later today (this is possible to leave and then come back later!).

40 leva per person for all day from 10am till 6pm, or 30 leva from 3pm. Our advice- go for all day fun, cos less people in the morning and more after 3pm and it’s not big difference in price. Food price example- big burger with fries 10 leva,deliciuos.
