Pick another cruise company. Their boat was packed with people and the seats were very uncomfortable (unless you sat inside with no view, sun or air). Most of the trip is spent cruising to your destination. If you want to see cool caves and swim, forget it - this is only a pit stop to them. The worst part is the customer service - we were yelled at and threatened by the staff who told us to “step away” from the boat and that only one of us could board as we couldnt find our spare ticket to re-board (we are a couple). We had to beg to be let on the ship and got called liars even when we said our personal belongings were on it. They then accused us of trying to get in for free because we missed our original boat (wtf?). Genuinely shocked at how this was dealt with and how as paying customers, we were yelled and insulted in front of everyone else. Anyways there are tons of companies that offer these tours to paxos and antipaxos don’t spend your money here.

We bought a ticket through Tui for this trip costing £40 each. We were sorely disappointed and want a refund for these reasons: 1. there were little to no covid-19 safety measures. The boat was rammed full of people and therefore it was impossible to social distance. There were signs all over the boat telling passengers to wear masks at all times: these were ignored by most of the passengers, and even members of the Sarris team were often not wearing their masks correctly / at all. Nor did they reprimand passengers for not wearing masks. When a photo opportunity came up, everyone crowded to the front of the boat, and I ended up pressed against a coughing man wearing no mask at all. 2. no smoking area: passengers could smoke or vape freely throughout the vessel, even indoors. To have a woman vape into my face when there was a risk of covid spread was a worrying experience. 3. crew could barely understand English: the toilets were closed while we stopped to swim. We were not made aware of this prior to the boat stopping and I had waited specifically to avoid the toilet queues. I explained this to the crew who seemed to misunderstand, simply reiterating "toilets are closed". It got to the point where I explained I was on my period and needed to change my tampon. This must have been misunderstood as needing to change clothes, as I was led into a random room with no toilet, bin, or tissues to clean myself. It was so humiliating. aside from this, the crew were plain rude, when they needed to get past, they would simply shout "move!", a far cry from the friendly hospitality I had received from all others on the island. The only saving grace of this trip was the 3 hours spent in Paxos, a truly beautiful island. However, had I known the rest of the trip would have been such a waste, I would have saved my money and booked a straight trip to Paxos. Sarris cruises are not covid safe and should not be allowed to open.

This is a lovely, but very long day, so fair warning! I was picked up from 3 little pigs in Sidari at 8am and enjoyed the picturesque route to Corfu town port. It’s a 2 hour boat trip over to Parga. Drinks and snacks are served on board with plenty of places to sit. You have 2 hours in Parga, which is beautiful, with some lovely little shops and restaurants. If you can handle the hike up the hill through the shops and back down the other side, I recommend going to see Valtos beach which is a beautiful blue flag beach! Back on the boat for an hour over to Paxos, where you have another 2 hours to walk around. Smaller town I would say but again, some lovely little shops and bars. I recommend a dip in the sea round at the little beach, it really is gorgeous! Finally another 2 hour boat ride back and you can watch the sun setting over Corfu. Followed by your coach back to your hotel. Obviously staying in Sidari meant around a 90 minute transfer, so all in all it was an incredibly long day, I arrived back at hotel Alkion in Sidari at 9:20pm, but in my opinion, it was worth it!

A couple of weeks ago I travelled to Corfu, Greece from Saranda, Albania. I bought a ferry ticket online. When I arrived in Saranda on the day of departure the ferry has been damaged and not operational. The guy at the Sarris office explained how they will give me my refund online since that's how I bought the tickets. He also stamped my ticket with a "credit approval" note (attached). I wrote to Sarris a couple of times and their customer service answered this profanity (attached). I later found out that other people have been scammed the same way this summer. I don't care about the lost €100, but I want to make sure no more people are scammed this way.
