Long way to go, Great views from the top

We were very excited to go see the "Lighthouse" given we'd been told about it several times by various people, so we decided to take a trip there. It is a looong [sic] way to go... read more

It takes about 15 mins drive from Mykonos town to get up to the light house and, the views are lovely, but get there a good 15 mins before sunset as the sun disappears behind the neighbouring island before it hits the horizon. It is obviously well visited as the immediate surroundings look a bit tired and well worn. Very... More

Took our scooter we had rented for the day up here. Some steep and winding switchbacks but worth the view! Absolutely beautiful view of the island and it's surrounding islands. Couldn't go in the lighthouse, but you can see why it's placed where it is.

Talk about romantic! That's the place to go to for a really romantic sundowner picnic. Just incredible. Very photogenic place.

We rented an ATV for the day and this was our first stop as I had insisted to my boyfriend that the views were beautiful! We didn't seem to go up the same road as other reviewers and our little quad couldn't get up the steep hill at the end! However we parked up and went for a mini trek!... More

My girlfriend and I rented an ATV and it was only about 15 minutes from the new port. It was so much fun and a mini adventure I'll never forget. The ATV made it up the steep road and towards the top it turns into a dirt road. It was a bit of a climb but once you get to... More

Having visited Mykonos many times, this year we took the opportunity of our car hire to explore some parts of the island we had not been to before. Whilst the roads can cause their fair share of concern, it is worth the effort to get away from the tourist trail. We were lucky to visit on a beautifully clear day... More

Rented ATVs for the day and ventured over to this lighthouse. Once there the views were great of Mykonos and the surrounding islands. Not the easiest place to get to but the ATVs allowed us to get there easily.

We were very excited to go see the "Lighthouse" given we'd been told about it several times by various people, so we decided to take a trip there. It is a looong [sic] way to go on a very strange steep path. It is basically on the top of a hill. The building itself is a bit of an anticlimax... More

The road up to the lighthouse is not an easy journey and obviously you'll need transport to get there but it's definitely worth the effort for the views are absolutely spectacular. The lighthouse is no longer in use and stands derelict but you can walk out along the peninsula, take in the views and the stillness - well except for... More

We took quad bikes from the old town out to the lighthouse and have to say we were completely underwhelmed It looks derelict, rust doors flaky paint and the roads up are very poorly maintained The sea views are amazing, but don't go for the lighthouse this photo shows all you can see
