We were picked up at our hotel and had a nice bus ride to Ornos where the excursion departs from. Just be aware the photograph in the pamphlet of the boat is not what you'll be on. Youll be on what is commonly called a taxi boat. There is no head (toilet) on these vessels so get your business done on mainland before you depart. Your first stop is about 1.5 - 2hrs (if you get the cave tour) from leaving Ornos and will be on a very secluded beach at the most easterly end of Mykonos. The two guides were well informed on points of the island and some of its history. The views from the boats were fantastic, obviously being on the water gives you another vantage point. The young crowd may like the stop at Paradise Beach, we would have preferred stopping at another spot off the beaten path, just my opinion. The brouchers were printed pre-Covid so be aware they do not supply (loan) snorkeling gear anymore. You'll need to bring your own. All in all the excursion was ok. Not sure that it was worth €88 pp but it was an all day event.

Dear customer (unfortunatelly I cannot see your name ). Thank you very much for your comments. It is really appreciated that you took time to write it. I find it a bit too severe though , to have only three stars for an excursion which , as you explained , you enjoyed. The fact that because of Covid we do not provide snorkelling masks any more and the fact that the third stop we made you wanted also ( as the provious two ) to be a deserted beach, should have not been such an issue. You had a great day (8 hours )out on the sea, you visited three beaches, each one different than the other, you had lunch included on a great location and surrounding accompanied by "well informed guides". Is all this not worth 88 euro ? Thank you very much anyway for joining our tour. Best regards George

This tour was a nice way to see most of Mykonos without having to drive ourselves around (and deal with the insane local motorists). It also provided us with local history and tidbits we wouldn't have known otherwise.

My only complaint was that our ticket said to meet at 3pm and we didn't actually start the tour until 3:30.

I'm going to be honest when I say waking up on time to catch the boat before it left was a challenge - but once we made it to Ornos for the departure and got on the boat there were absolutely no regrets. Olivia is the chillest, coolest, realest tour guide out there. She was very informative and explained very clearly how the day was going to go. We saw some incredible beaches, and although it was my fourth time on the island, some of the places on this tour I had never seen before. The tour had the perfect balance of relaxing spots as well as lively spots. Our last stop at Super Paradise beach was obviously the most lively, and if you were having so much fun that you wanted to stay there and find your own way home you were free to do that. The food that we had at the restaurant for lunch was amazing. The entire day is an amazing value for the price that we paid. I loved that throughout the day none of the stops felt rushed - we had plenty of time to enjoy each location along the way. For convenience you can also arrange a pick up and drop off shuttle service to your hotel at a fair price. At the end of the day you get back just in time to nap and begin your night. HIGHLY recommended, don't miss out on a day of fun and adventure!

We reserve with this agency a tour around the island a month earlier, and the Agency confirmed us by mail that the route proposed as well as the duration that we had indicated was viable. We also request a guide in Spanish to learn in more depth the island. At the agreed time, came when our guide, all were problems and he told us he had another plan: first, to visit walking the city and then visit some places but not all those who had booked and the Agency had given us the previous OK.
He argued with us and we treated very badly, missing us respect. Not catered to what we had initially booked with the Agency and also have been printed on paper.
Finally, the guide left at the first stop, because he said nothing of the island and its history of landscapes that we were seeing. We continue the trip only with the driver, who only spoke English, turned out to be an excellent professional and did not have any problem in taking us to places that we had previously selected when booking the tour so as you told us the special features of the island and its history.
The Agency, however, has gained us the service of the guide, which he didn´t do his work and with his character almost gives us the day!
We don't know if the problem was the agency that they didn´t inform correctly to the guide, or the guide, that he wanted to do what the wants. The only thing is to not book with this agency to avoid tense situations and lost money!.

Tour guide was not knowledgeable and informative. Very basic. In addition, both the tour guide and driver told us we will not be visiting the monastery. We pointed out that the monastery is part of the tour and one of the key reasons we booked this tour. They said the monastery “opens at 6pm” and that the monastery is included in the “earlier tour”. Nonsense. We pointed out that the Kyklomar tour description included a paragraph on the monastery and that it was a highlight of the tour. They reconsidered and said we would go but only for 15 minutes as “it is not closed after all”. Unprofessional. Spent way too much time at the lunch stop (1 1/4 hrs) and later, the coffee venue (1 1/2 hrs) plus free time in the main town (1 1/4 hrs). Didn’t spend enough time at the church either - limited to 30 minutes. Save yourself time and money and visit the church, monastery and the main town on your own and spend as much or as little time as you want.

Dear Elias. Concerning the monastery : Starting from last year, because of covid-19, the chief nun was opening or keeping closed the monastery as she felt. Resulting that many times we were faced with a closed door and the refusal to enter the monastery.. The same situation goes on this year as well. This is the reason that we avoid to visit the monastery. Going there and finding cosed doors is a wast of time. You do not refer though to the rest of the tour. ( all in all it was 10 hours ). ! I am very sorry we disapointed you. I asked you though, when I drove you back to your hotel, how did you spent the day. You, as well as all the others in the bus, told me you had a great time !?! Best regards George

My girlfriend and I were disappointed in the Tinos tour. We were told to take bathers and towel for swimming but we got nowhere water to swim. Instead of exploring some sights (eg old windmills, scenic view stops, sunset view stops) we simply drove past these but spent too long having lunch at a café and too long at a village for a coffee stop. The tour guide was lovely but her knowledge on historic dates etc was sometimes sketchy. Tinos is probably an interesting island to visit but I suggest taking a private driver who won't waste the day sitting at cafes. The male tour guide who led us back on the ferry was very attentive and made sure we were all safe.

It was a great way to tour the Island and visit its amazing places with amazing views. However, you must know how to drive stick shift otherwise you can kill you self. In addition, you need to make sure the jeep you are given to drive is in very good condition otherwise DO NOT take a chance. The hills are pretty steep.

My wife and I joined a full day tour from Mykonos to Tinos with Kyklomar. We were picked up at our hotel at 1145, and driven back there at 23.00. In betweeen our highly motivating and competent guide took us, and the rest of the small group of 8 on the ferry to Tinos, around the island and back. We visited lovely villages, met nice people and had excellent food and drinks. A highly recommended tour if you’re looking to see more of the cyclades

Great day!

Boat left on time and was just the right amount of people on board.

Our guide Olivia came around and explained exactly what was happening, she was friendly and very informative

The first stop was a private secluded beach in which Olivia set out a tent and handed out bread, olives, wine, water and ouzo to everyone. You could go back as many times as you liked, the wine was great and so were the olives.

Our next stop for lunch was a small tavern, the salad and chicken was excellent, much nicer than most tours we have been on. There was also enough wine on the table for everyone.

Lastly we went to super paradise beach before returning home.

Would definitely recommend

We were on a Kensington custom tour and a half day tour of Mykonos with a guide from the Kyklomar travel agency was part of our package. The tour was supposed to be a walking tour of the old town of Mykonos, but we had seen it already upon our arrival the day before. So at our request the guide customized the tour to our preferences, a driving tour around the island and gave interesting commentary during the tour. She was friendly and personable.

She also suggested a separate tour on the same day to the neighboring island of Tinos and said that she would arrange for transportation to and from the ferry. We decided to take this tour of Tinos and it was one of the highlights of our trip
