We have dived with ‘One Two Dive’ before and had such great service, we naturally returned. They did not disappoint, in fact we had a couple of the best dives in our log of approx 200 dive experiences.
The team here are totally professional and incredibly experienced, unwavering in their attention to detail and safety.
The equipment is excellent quality and the dive sites are interesting, offering a range of experiences and sea life, on one dive seeing up to 8 eagle rays, a butterfly ray, 4+ turtles and an angel shark etc etc. To another dive site with a fairly strong current so drift diving. There’s something for all levels of divers.
Thank you ‘One Two Dive’ your team are amazing and your Tenerife dive sites did not disappoint.

I completed my open water course and my rescue diver course with Wata, and my emergency first response and advanced open water course with Shaun. Both insanely good instructors adhering strictly to the rules which is something I appreciate. The thing that makes this dive centre special and different to others is, in my opinion, is the informality where possible. Underwater everything is professional and I felt really safe when diving, but out of the water it was just as I was talking to some friends who had good jokes about every single subject you can think about. Highly recommend this divecentre to everyone who wants to have a good time and feel safe and comfortable. Its been a pleasure!

I went on holiday recently with my son. we were supposed to dive on Monday 24th Oct. Due to medical reasons I could not go but I decided to let my 13yr go. My son had never done diving before and was nervous.
The staff at the centre were really friendly and approachable. My son was going on a discover Scuba dive and his instructor was Roman (Sorry if its spelt wrong). Watching Roman working with my son i very quickly realised my son was in really good hands. Roman was very patient even if he had to explain something more than once. after explaining what was happening every step of the way my son left to go diving with Roman. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and was buzzing when he got back. He keeps going on about a trumpet fish he saw.
My son enjoyed it so much that when we got back to the centre I arranged for him to do a second dive this time with August (again forgive my spelling) this dive was a little more nerve racking for me watching because my son was in a group with 4 others doing refresher dives/training etc. Once again I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone involved. When my son got back he was again so excited to tell me what he had seen.
I would like to say thank you the everyone at the dive centre for giving my son memories that will last a life time.
Anyone that is considering diving. This is the centre for you! the staff are friendly approachable and professional. I cant give enough praise for one two dive

12 Dive was based in the hotel that we stayed in during our holiday. We paid 40 euros per person for a snorkelling excursion which was around 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
The location for the excursion was on a public beach that anybody could have access too, which was really dissapointing.
I would not recommend going snorkelling with this company as you can simply take a snorkel to this beach and do it for free!
However, our guide Ella was great fun throughout the excursion and tried to make it as enjoyable as she possibly could.

Katty, Shaun and Marin made our experience the best fun and v easy. They managed different levels of confidence in the group and made us all feel we had achieved in our discover scuba diving morning. Knowledgable and able to find wonderful ocean life to share with us .

Absolutely fantastic day of diving with Juan, Cris and their team. This has been my best diving experience, even though I have an advanced certification, I am still learning and Juan has so attentive and supportive that made me so much more confident with my dives. Everyone was so professional but kind and inclusive even as a solo diver. They were just as excited to see all the turtles, trumpet fish, Barracuda as well as all the other amazing marine life, as much as we were as customers which made it such a lovely experience. Everything was tailored to us and making our dives exciting, safe and different from one another ( I did 2 dives in one day) I absolutely loved them! The equipment was all in great condition, a really lovely dive centre, real peace of mind. Juan and Cris are so lovely, as are the rest of the team which is just as important as the dive itself, it was a fantastic day, best dives ever, I will definitely be going back. Wholeheartedly recommend One Two Diving for a great diving experience. Thanks so much X

Great customer service through all the booking process and during our 3 day dive experience with One Two Dive. A refresh for myself and an Openwater Course for my son which were both delivered very professionally. Thank you to Dive Instructor Gabi for making it a very enjoyable and special 3 days learning and to Shaun for the local knowledge and also the excellent photos during our last dive. Thoroughly recommend One Two Dive for anyone wanting to experience the Tenerife dive locations. Cheers Gordon and Alexander

I had two very nice shore dives with OneTwoDive at the wreck at Tabaiba today. It was well organised, the equipment was in very good shape, dive guide Lindsay did a great job, being nice, calm, and competent, and so did his boss Shaun. And they make real British tea! Thanks, guys, I’m happy to recommend your operation warmly!

Me and my boyfriend booked a 2 guided day dives with 12dive in September. Everything went smoothly, our dive guide packed our rental gear and drove us to the dive site of Las Eras. We were also lucky to be the only ones, so it was like a private dive. First dive was a bit shallower (around 12m) with lots of things to see (trumpet fish, baracuda, star fish, rays, morray eal). We saw a huge stingray coming by us in the first 5 minutes of the dive. There was not much wait necessary for the second dive (reached 30m), which was also spectacular, especially the drop off from 8m of the reef to 30m of the sandy bottom, where a couple of huge stingray and butterfly ray were resting, we also saw an eagle ray on the way back. Our dive guide was very helpful in pointing all of these animals for us which we would surely miss by ourselves, especially rays and eals hiding under the rock overhangs. We also did a swim through a short narrow tunnel which was also interesting. All in all we were very pleased with the choice of the dive site and and the guide, as well as the equipment and the professionalism of the dive guide, but since these were fun dives and we're Advance Open Water Divers, it was a very relaxed and friendly experience for all of us.

I cen only highly reccomend this diving centre. We had our first dive with my 11 years old son. Ismael showed extreme patience with us, calm us down, since we were a bit scared and we have managed to have perfect dive to 5 m in the sea. Thank you Ismael, we will remember this for ever. Next year we are coming back to this diving centre.

Met Mark. Ik veronderstel dat je vlaming bent.
Ja, er is nog plek om te duiken.
We hebben hier zeer mooie kustduiken naar plekjes die niet met de boot te bereiken zijn.
Afhankelijk van je voorkeur, duikbrevet en budget kunnen we ook van de boot duiken.
Hiervoor moeten we wel tijdig reserveren.
Je hotel is op 290 meter van het GF-Isabel hotel. Als je wenst dat we je komen oppikken, als je eigen materiaal meehebt bijvoorbeeld, komen we je s'morgends om 8u50 afhalen aan de ingang van je hotel.
We starten elke dag om 9u en zijn rond 4u terug na meestal twee duiken.
Tussen de twee duiken door gaan we iets nuttigen in één van de vele gezellige en (goedkope) tavernes.
Bij ons kan je natuurlijk ook onze zeer mooie duik-uitrustingen huren.
De weersomstandigheden zien er vrij goed uit in die periode.
Ik verwacht minstens 15m zicht, watertemperatuur van 20ºC en luchtemperatuur van 26ºC. We hebben nu wat meer kans om ook engelhaaien (absoluut niet gevaarlijk) tegen te komen.
Onze top-duikstekken Las Eras, Montaña Amarilla, Abades, ... zijn zeker mogelijk.
Iedere dag kijken wij de weersverwachtingen nog eens extra na.
Hier in de Atlantische Oceaan is dit niet altijd makkelijk in te schatten.
Om als gecertifiëerde duiker te mogen duiken in Spanje moet je ons je doktersbewijsje kunnen voorleggen. Indien je dit niet hebt, of vervallen is (één jaar geldig voor duikers boven de veertig), kan je hier in de buurt ook een keuring bekomen voor 30€.
Je moet hier ook een duikverzekering hebben. Ook die kan je bij ons kopen voor 10€ per 24u.
Onze prijzen zijn:
45€ per duik
20€ voor volledige duikuitrusting
10€ voor een dagduikverzekering
voor de boot is er een upgrade van 35€ voor twee duiken van de boot.

We are considering booking a holiday at Isabel hotel next Easter. My 13 year old daughter who has now done 3 beginners dives, has said she wants our next holiday to be at a hotel with a dive school as she wants to do her PADi qualification. Unfortunately I am unable to dive with her as I have ear problems which prevent me from equalising. This year I snorkeled while she dived and we both enjoyed this. My daughter is autistic therefore does feel more comfortable when I'm about, but her autism didn't cause any issues this year. How much would a PADI qualification cost to do with you? And is there any course work or reading she could do before her holiday? As she would benefit from extra processing time.

Good afternoon,
There are 2 different beginner courses.
The complete one is called the Open Water Diver and takes around 4 days. It includes 5 chapters of theory, 5 sessions in the pool a final exam and 4 dives. After this course you are allowed to dive to max. 18 meters depth. (Kids less than 12 years down to 12 meters)
Then there is the Scuba Diver Course which takes 2 days only. 3 chapters of theory, 3 sessions in the pool, 2 dives.
The difference is in the depth (mx. 12 meter) and you need to dive always with a pro.
As well you can do the theory at home with PADI eLearning and save of each course around 1 day. This you would need to order at PADI website.
The normal courses are:
OWD: 395€
SD: 260€
The material and certification fees are 62€ (already included in the PADI eLearning)
A loogbook: 25€ (not included in the eLearning but in the standard courses they are with the material)

Good morning,
To go snorkeling there is no minimum age. As long as they can swim all is good. There is just a minimum age for diving, which is for kids 8 years, if they just want to do a program in the pool and you need to be at least 10 years old if you want to have a proper dive in the sea!

Hi Mary-Jane,
I am Mark, one of the owners and founders of 12dive.
The best introduction to Scuba Diving is the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program that we at 12dive even have improved to give you an even better diving experience. It is also the best introduction to the PADI system of diving education and can be accredited towards an Open Water Course or a Scuba Diver Course.
In this course, you will get a video in our classroom, introducing you to your visit into the blue planet with pure simple basics of do's and don's. After this, we'll gear up in our equipment room, while explaining you the full scuba equipment, before going into the pool. In the pool, we have all time and comfort to practice with your equipment, hand signals, buoyancy control and swimming techniques.
After, we normally take a break ti drive you to the best possible dive site.
This is most often : Abades. I call it "the aquarium" because of the abundant marine life and clear water. It is also a marine reserve and a most excellent dive location for beginner divers and snorkelers and has some nice taverns for a snack or some drinks after the dive.
Tenerife has everywhere turtles, but the turtles you are most probably talking about are the turtles of El Puertito de Armeñime. In this place, the turtles were fed by humans, so they associated humans with food and came to every diver, snorkeler and swimmer in that area in search of a free and easy snack. This became such an attraction that the turtles got overfed and sick. Last year the turtle-vet has taken all the 4 turtles out of that area. They got cured and released in another area of Tenerife to get "wild, healthy and natural" again. Up to now, those turtles haven't returned to that area where the wildlife wasn't very interesting anyway except for the turtles.
Abades, as a dive location has much much much more to offer. We have the different landscapes with each their typical marine life, protected and untouched. For me the real diving experience.
The price for this one day excursion is 110€. In this package, you also have insurance for 'Scuba-diving' since this is most often an exception in the normal travel insurances.
If you book trough our website, you'll get a reduction on this price.
If you like it, a second ocean dive is 60€. If you adore it and want to go for a read diving certification, your Discover Scuba Dive can be accredited towards a course.
