Good Thai Desserts!
Mar 2019
We (10) went to Nong Bue Thai Dessert Market on our way back to Bangkok. There are many local Thai dessert shops at the market. The desserts are good. There is a small pier at back. We spent about one hour at the market.

Nice place to try old-styled Thai desserts
Aug 2018 • Friends
It is the local small market that is held only on Saturday and Sunday.

You can see many kinds of Thai desserts, including (i) Leb mue nang (เล็บมือนาง), (ii) Tong yib (ทองหยิบ) etc.

You can also find other foods if you want to have lunch there. I recommend dry stir-fried noodles with tiny shrimps (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวผัดน้ำกุ้ง).

Recommendation: Please check the weather before you visit this place because it is almost an outdoor place.

Note: Please feel free to ask me if you want to visit Chanthaburi because I was born in this town.

Small market, nice street art
Aug 2018 • Couples
Bit far from city centre, this small market specializes in sweet traits local style, although there’s some shops selling regular food. Houses are old style, yet well maintained and neat. There’s a few nice street art paintings around. Most of sweets sold here is also available in Chanthaburi.

Great street art!
Feb 2018 • Friends
The stalls all have a range interesting Thai sweet, and fresh seafood. There's some really great street art along the walking street in Nong Bua. Most of the art, if not all, is done by local artists.
