Very worthwhile tour and explanation and demos on knife making. Its done in French but you can gather from the demo most of the info

Interesting exhibits and live displays. It is only in French but the staff have some English and there is an English facts sheet to read. A little knowledge of French helps make it even more enjoyable. Definitely worth a look
