It's a must to see Mida creek , if you drive on the coastal road, do not pass by. Stop. Sleep at Mida Eco lodge : nice villa's in local style. Not so expensive. Will definately go back there.

The excellent guide provided by Watamu treehouse (Kingi) was very knowledgeable and organized a great tour of the creek. I learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. Definitely don't miss it.

Mida Creek is gorgeous and a great place to paddle board, swim, and explore. It was the perfect location for seeing the sunset and to get a good view of the full moon.

Head out to Crab Shack Dabaso (check google maps for location). Book a table as you arrive then head out around the creek on a canoe. Your fish will be caught and cooked fresh ready for you to drink a sundowner on your return.

We were the only inhabitants on Green Island for about 30 minutes! First time in a dug out canoe. Great guides, good food & you should try the coconut wine!
