The snow in there doesn’t even look as close as the real snow. Instant snow are even better compare to the fake snow there. Very slippery and there’s not much attraction. I hope the make improvement like providing shops in there. At least sell some hot chocolates or snacks as a way to pass time.

below average experience

very bad experience ...expected more than just handing us warm clothing and putting us in a giant room of cold and snow with no rides for children ..there is a ride or so with tyres down a steep incline .. much too risky if you ask me especially the curves which have concrete edges ... no staff inside to engage people in activities ...just a giant free for all .. terrible experience

First time at Snow World. 30 mins is more than enough for some pictures and a ride in the tube. The gears are well-maintain and the staff are nice and friendly

Ticketing counters were open from 9.30am, and we were allowed entry to the lockers and changing areas at 9.45am. The jackets they provided look newer (and smell better) than the ones at Snow City Singapore. Lockers were free.

The snow zone was open at 10am, and we were given 30min inside. My kids dashed for the slide, which they quickly regretted. The toboggan was heavy and it’s not easy for a child to haul it up the steps. They also banged onto the sides several times on the slide down. My kids complained of it being painful.

The “snow” was more like ice.

After a few snow fights (10min?), we quickly lost interest.

'Snow-Day' out with the kids! 🧤🧣 🧥 ⛷

Discovered this adorable place while exploring shops at the magnificent Genting Highlands. Had no idea there was a little snow park tucked away in some obscure corner. Though really small, Snow World was very enjoyable to me and my young kids. We had a fun snow fight, took many lovely pictures and left with a significant amount of Snow World souvenirs and collectibles. Absolutely worth every ringgit though! I loved how the place wasn't huge, so you could be done with it quickly without 'freezing to death!' 😬 Everybody should come to Snow World when in Genting because it's a really 'coooooool' place!!! ❄⛄⛷

Good place to kids who like to experience coldness
Nov 2019 • Family
The snow world is a very small place as compared to those that we had been to in other countries. The duration is rather short as we went in batches. There are assigned timing for u to go in. They only allowed about 0.5hr to stay inside but I can understand why as it was really cold and most will not be able to within the coldness for that long. It was about -4 degree cel.

They have a slide inside which close off rather soon. My girl tried it once and when she wanted to go for the second round, she realised that it was closed already but they had fun throwing the pile of snow at their father. However, be careful as later when the 'snow' melt, it become ice water (esp if it went in your boots).

The good part about the snow world is that the admission ticket is inclusive of all the clothing, gloves, boots required. For some that are wearing sport shoes will not be required to change into boots. The staff will check and let u know. All the jacket etc were cleaned before they placed it outside for use. So you can be assured of the hygiene. The locker to place your bags and belonging is also inclusive in the admission price. You can get the staff to place the token for u to lock your stuff.

Overall, we will recommend families to go there if you like your child to experience a different type of weather.

Okay for me
Oct 2019 • Family
The price was around RM 45. And you can be inside the place about 30 minutes and quite okay for me. It was chilled with - 5 degrees celcius. It was a fake snow, but for us who never experienced the winter, it was pretty fine. My kids loved it. They even lended us jackets, gloves even boots.

Good experience if you haven't experienced real snow
Oct 2019 • Couples
Went there on Saturday, price per person (RM45) was more than weekday (RM40), but the queue was not that long. We will have about 30min to spend there to enjoy the cold, the snow and the most interesting to me is the sliding.

Mind you, it is very cold inside. Kindly prepare more layers if you are not used to cold. Anyway, the price we paid include the jacket, gloves and boots. 😁
