The parking n lift facilities in Sky Avenue is tormenting especially to visitors with mobility problems or senior citizens. The car park is extremely huge and there is no lift facilities within reasonable reach. If you park at the far end of the car park, the nearest lift I would say is almost 100m away and the worst scenerio as we encountered during our visit was the lifts were not operational and we had to walk up the car ramp from Level 3a to Level 3 to get into the escalator lobby to gain access to the Sky Avenue. And I noticed all visitors had to do the same. It was actually quite dangerous to walk on those ramps witso many passing vehicles.
The signage in the car park was very poor n misleading and there are too many barriers in the car park and these are terrible hindrance to vehicles especially with the high volumn of cars in the car park. You can see the madness with vehicles coming and going in all sorts of directions and with visitors walking up and down the ramps due to malfunctioning lifts.
Then problems with parking payment machines- most of them not functional. Parking payment machines are only available on Level 2 and Level 4. While I was there, the machine at Level 2 was out of order so I have to go all the way down to Level 4 to pay and had to go back up to Level 3 and walked down the dangerous ramp to Level 3a to get my car.
Even the lifts in certain parts of the Sky Avenue mall are out of order. It's a big embarrassment to Genting Resorts.
I hope the management of Genting Highlands can efficiently look into these problems and make Sky Avenue a nice, convenient and comfortable place to visit.

Sky Avenue is a place that full of dining and entertainment outlets. You can also explore jewellery, timepieces, shoes, gadgets and others at here too. You can't imagine that how big is the Sky Avenue and if you really want to explore, you may spend a lot of time in doing this. This place also suitable for whole family to come and relax at here.

The toilet here doesnt have water. Insensitive to Malaysian way of managing of our waste. If wet toilet is their concern for safety (which doesnt make sense), the are many 5-star hotels able to cater this with their toilet design. Ridiculous, super annoying. A huge turn OFF of this place! Terrible!!

There are crowded of people especially near the entrance of Sky Casino. A lot of shops and restaurant in Sky Avenue and can spend a lot of time to walk around. At the ground floor, near the entrance of Sky Casino, there have many big screen and different shows based on events.

Many brands under one sky. It’s Sky Avenue. Amazing shopping mall, huge discounts in many shops, great food courts, restaurants and cafes as well as ice cream shops. Sembonia and Travel for All is good examples for shopping. We had our breakfast at Donutes Bakery. Spend some time in BelieveIt or Not, an indoor Theme Park kinda Jurassic World.

The design is stupid
There is no signs, instructions, or info for someone using wheelchair or senior people whom can't walk much. Where to park and how to get access to the skyway!!!

When you reach sky avenue: there is no lifts, information centre or wheelchair at the skyway arrival point.
Many services are not yet completed (Surau and lifts!!!!!!) There is no lift to go down !!!!!!

Sky Avenue Genting provides a variety of dining and entertainment outlets. We enjoyed shopping and eating there. Enjoyed the crisp air too.

Hi, i've travelled with my partner this year Jan'18. Heard a lot about Genting but bit a turn off when we saw theme park is in 'renovation' by 20th Century fox. The place is amazingly beautiful and the weather is bit cold when you reach on Top at Sky avenue after taking a cable car ride from the Base where Bus/Taxi drops.

SkyAvenue is sooo huge that you need plenty of hours to roam inside. We reached about 3:00pm (at the base where we get the cable car to skyavenue) there and brought the return bus ticket for 6:00pm and later we ended up missing our bus. It's because when you start cable car from bottom to skyavenue 3 hours timing is very less. You atleast need 5-6 hours or even a whole day if you really wana enjoy everything there. Reach here by 10am-11am in the morning.

Cable car drops at mall entrance separately made for cable car. Once you finish with the mall..you have to get back again at this cable car point to go back down at Bus Station.
Lot of food options/shopping etc. Very high ended. We managed to find a typical Indian Restaurant and we loved eating the authentic food. Two hrs passed and we didnt even know, then we had to Rush back early because of our return bus timings and trust me it took us an hour to find that cable car point to go back to the bus station down at the base. We were almost lost inside, roaming and roaming..this place never Ends..lol.. haha, thats how memories were made.
Don't forget to wear a good pair of casual comfortable shoes for this place. As you have to walk a lot, but that's worth when we witnessed an 'lightening show' at the centre somewhere.

Rain may welcome you anytime, and when it rains the wind gets so cool. So suggest, you wear full sleeves clothes. Not essentially a woollen.

This place is designed to trap you in so that you are forced to either go to their casino or spend at one of the FnB place. It took us 30 minutes to finally find an exit to enjoy the cool air of genting. Frankly this place helps the company make money but defeats the purpose of one visiting genting.
