Services is rated is much lower than TERRIBLE. Customers been suggested to use Ticket Kiosk & No SOP followed at Kiosk. Only 1 counter opened to purchase ticket at Counter despite you have 7 counters at the station ( with extra charges of RM 2 ) Please improve your services. Knowing people do not have choices , you still need to provide good customer experience to you customers. For family with kids, better to find another place for you vacation Ejoi Harahap
