Alesandro sei bravo! We had a great guide, who took the time to explain the geographical nuances of the mountain. Good equipment and a great value.
Describe the structures created by eruptions and lava flows.
Very well planned, and very informative. Took us to as far as we were allowed to travel, due to it being an active volcano. (1800 Meters)
Easy to get find. Restaurant on site and some of the greatest gift shops with VERY unique 'Etna Only' items.

We booked this ATV tour after finding it on Trip Advisor and thought it would be a fun way to see Mt.Etna that was different from the tour buses. Oh yeah! It was incredible. We had descent quads... Polaris 330 which were older but did the job. The trails were great.. A bit dusty but that's expected on a quad. Wear jeans and bring a sweatshirt that you don't mind getting very dusty. Bring a change of clothes for after. We saw vistas and places cars can't go. An awesome cave made from a tunnel of lava. Great views of Mt Etna. We stopped at the visitors center and for some souvenirs (bring a backpack if you plan to do that.)

Our guide was awesome. Very knowledgable of the area and kept a perfect speed for us. I'm an expert rider but I rode with one novice and we all did great.

This is a must do if you go to Mt Etna.

We stayed in Taormina for 12 days. This was hands down the best experience of our trip! What a way to explore Etna and learn about the eruptions that have taken place. Thank you to our tour guide for an exciting and informative 3 hours! My boyfriend and I both had a chance to ride the quad and it was so fun. A must do when visiting this area of Sicily.

This is definitely a trip we will recommend.
Before going we asked a few questions via mail and was answered fast and adequately.
We had two quads/ATVs for three persons so one was to sit at the back. The quads/ATVs are spacious and comfortable even on the tough terrain we were to drive on. The guide was helpful, made sure both quads/ATVs was always following along and on stops he assisted one of us who does not walk very well every time it was needed. He was informative and well informed and able to answer questions.

NOTE, wear clothes that you are ok with getting dirty since the tour is very dusty. You might not want to wear to short shorts since the saddle might not be comfortable on bare tighs.
We drove in shorts, T-shirts and closed shoes since it was a warm day which was perfect.
Remember to bring a bottle of water.
If possible we will recommend you to wear a dust mask since the quad/ATV in front of you will be swirling a lot of dust up. Actually we will recommend to the ‘Etna Quad Adventure’ to hand out dust masks to their guest the same way as you get a helmet 😊

I'm not very sporty and was a bit apprehensive when I booked this for the family (2 teenage daughters).
It was the best decision, the girls enjoyed it so much and so did my husband and I! But we did get very dirty, Our wonderful guide, Alessandro, laughed when he saw us turned up in white t-shirts.
Make sure you bring your sunglasses and a scarf or mask to protect your face from the volcanic dust.
After the ride, we had lunch at Rifugio, which was a great finish to a great day!

Took a half day Tour of four hours by quad and didn't regret. Went to see old lava caves, lava rivers, the scene of the las eruption in 2002, the oldest pine on etna, Beautiful woods and flower fields and had lots of driving fun. Highly recommended. Just be prepared to get really dirty and dusty and bring enough Water and also sunglasses to protect your eyes from the dust.

We did a half day quad tour through the pine forest and visited many astonishing places, like old lava streams. Driving with the quads was pure fun and a great off-road experience. Our tour guide Alessandro was very nice and we had a great day with him.
All in all, this was by far the best experience we had during our vacation in Sicily.

I have never ridden any form of motorised bike before so was not sure how I would feel. My husband drove initially and I felt it was too difficult to try but then we switched it felt amazing! I soon had the hang of the steering and the up and downhill sections are so exhilerating. Adrenaline overdrive at some points. I likened it to mountain biking but with a lot more power! Allesandro was great. He told us a lot about the volcano and the area surrounding Etna. He was very nice and easy to chat to. His gorgeous dog even made a short appearance and totally stole the show. I wanted to write a review so those who may be a little nervous might want to give it a try. If not riding on the back is still great fun. The views you will get on this trip and the stunning forest scenery and smells are well worth it. You do get dirty so choose clothing wisely and I would recommend goggles as the grit and bugs can get in your eyes. We both feel it was one of the best holiday adventures we have experienced and for us that is saying something!

This is the coolest thing you can do on the slopes of Etna (of course according to my opinion only :)) the trip is fantastic we have been ridi g through forest and some lava eruptiin areas. Even though there was a havy rain that day and we finish this trip completly wet and cold it was worth it 100%. It's in fact fantastic adventure. Recommend to adrenaline freak and for the ones that do not like to walk too much :)
