pour venir aux carrières de Carrare (visite guidée car) ou auto libre (difficile accès montant) curiosité à voir lors de votre séjour (condition de travail sur des chemins sont à risque pour la descente des blocs de marbre depuis les carrières ainsi les souterrains de plusieurs kilomètres
Tous les grands sculpteurs dont Michel Ange y trouva son bloc pour son "David"
chez I bacini marmiferi (attention aux arnaques des statuettes en plaque sur socles : imitation de marbre qui vient de Chine (on vous dira que tout est d'ici de la marbrerie)
