We came upon this place by accident trying to look for another place. We went in and the there was a man behind the counter. He didn't speak much English but I could pretty much understand what he was trying to explain to us. He led us to a back room where the lardo was kept and he explained the process to us. He was the sweetest man we met and it was such an unexpected gift to get to see first hand on the process of making lardo.
