The Tropical Spice Garden is well worth a visit. The audio guide is very good and there is a lot to see. It is very hot and humid. The staff provide you with insect repellent. There are beautiful plants to see and we were lucky enough to see a very large lizard right in front of us.

We spend about 1 1/2 hours winding our way around following the express path. The audio guides are very good. They give a good history of the island and the importance of spice in world history. Would have been easy to spend longer, but we had booked a taxi for the day. The drive to and from Georgetown took 1... More

Accessible by public bus or car. Very limited parking. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I took the Audio tour, which is very good, east to use and available in several different languages. Takes about 2 hours, and ends in the shop and restaurant overlooking the ocean - very nice. Other tours with a leader are also avaiable. A selection... More

Nice garden to walk through, They give you a little remote thing on your way in for information as you walk around we found that a bit unnecessary and we didn't use it. Price is a little high but not too bad. The best thing we found was the restaurant at the end, the food was great! All in all... More

Its an interesting place to take your kids to learn about nature and the trees...My hubby and I took our lil girl there to have a hands on feel of the trees and plants in the garden. A cool and interesting place with lots of spice knowledge.

It was really humid and lots of bugs so prepare a bug spray. The have the audio guide with informative information. It was okay for me for like 50MYR for 2 ppl but if you really spice and want to learn about it, then it's a place to be.

We spent a terrific morning wandering around this lovely garden with the excellent audio guide and ended our tour with a Thai lunch at the garden's cliff top Tree Monkey cafe. If you are staying in Georgetown, you take the 101 bus and tell the driver you are going to Tropical Spice Garden - there is a bus stop right... More

To be honest, we went to the Tropical Spice Garden as Entopia was closed for maintenance. But the place did not disappoint. Purchase of tickets was easy and the staff even gave us insect repellents to spray (this is definitely very useful!) With the audio guide in hand, learning about spices and herbs was made easy. We took the recommended... More
