Saria Tal
Dec 2019
Saria Tal is a quiet place. No one is really around here except for just few localites. Do get a book here and sit in tranquility.

Stop for Snacks, Photography and Boating b/w Nainital and Kaladungi Road
Oct 2019
Small lake located on State Highway 41 between Nainital and Kaladungi. The place is easily notice from car. This is a very small lake having some nearby attractions like maggi/snacks point, great mountain views and a very small waterfall located on corner. The lake have boating facility also. This could be a nice 10-15 mins stop for meals and photography.

Good stop for Water Zorbing , between Kaladhungi and Nainital.
May 2019 • Family
If you are travelling to Nainital by the Kaladhungi Road, this is a good stop for families with young people and kids.

Water Zorbing takes some 10 odd minutes, and is priced at Rs. 150 per adult and Rs 100 per kid in peak season. In off season the prices drop, I am told (don't know)

There are multiple operators cheek by jowl, for water zorbing.

There are also paddle boats, but since the lake itself is rather very small, you need to be pretty desperate to enjoy that.

A scenic chai maggie break between nainital and kaladhungi
Sep 2018 • Couples
This place has an man-made lake with a step waterfall in a corner and it lies on the main road from kaladhungi to nainital. Lake is clean and full in September end. One may stop at the side of road and enjoy tea and snacks by the lake side. Although a dedicated trip from nainital will not be a good idea.
