This is the beach of my childhood. It greatly improved access and parking. The restaurant is of great quality. The extensive sand and the water remain the best choice.

I have traveled the world from Australia to Bali, Figi, Hawaii, Mexico and more and this beach for sure makes the top ten list! Stunning white sand, gorgeous views, not too crowded! Only down side is the water is frigid- xoxo

The white sand beach is very nice with open beach on either side of the established beach. There are two restaurants, though I think the food at Pego Beach was better.

I think...not all..but the best of them.!!! Have a good stay An advise...if you Drive there go through Setubal...take the short ferry 🚢to Trois...its much shorter.. and nice !

Comporta is about 75 miles by road from Lisbon, a long trip therefore. There is no public transport taking that route however. There is a 'short cut' via Setubal and using the ferry across to Tróia. Setubal is well... More
