Great preserved area overlooking the western part of the town with views over the etang. Part of the area is wheelchair friendly, but not all. Picnic tables and seats abound. Restaurant at entrance (open fro mid-day ) well worth the walk

The drive up here is an experience along with the steep and winding roads. The view at the top is great providing a view along the etang.

Drive up to Mt Saint Clair, enjoy breathtaking panorama over the city, the harbour, the pond. Then drive to Pierres Blanches to enjoy another view on Pyrénées, the beaches and Spain.
