This is a pretty if fairly average national park, compared to Durmitor. It has radiant lakeside walks and hikes up through the trees. OK for an afternoon but not a patch on the rest of Montenegro!

We really liked the area, park and the lake. It is not big but it is beautiful and so calm. After some heat in Ulcinj and Podgorica this was great calming down. Visit and enjoy.

I went to Kolasin and the Biograsdka Gora after spending some days in Durmitor National park. The feeling I got was that I should have staid more time in Durmitor and skipped Biogradska Gora. Don't get me wrong, this place is nice to visit. There...More

I wanted to like this park, but it isn't easy to do so. The park and surrounding area is beautiful with deep woods and rocky peaks, but it is not easy to enjoy in more than a superficial way. There is one easy entrance to...More

Beautiful lake and rewarding hike to "Bendovac". As soon as you get on the trail you leave the tourists behind. The path up to Bendovac is quite easy, proof is that we even met some Jeeps (which are not enough to disturb the hikers luckily)....More
