Eine Brauerei die es sich lohnt anzuschauen.Gebraut wird dort nur noch in einem Braukurs abgehalten durch den Chef persönlich.Den muss man aber einfach besucht haben!!! Ich hatte mir schon viele Brauereien angeschaut mit Werksbesichtigung,aber dort habe ich erst verstanden wie das Bierbrauen so funktioniert.Der Kurs geht von 10.00Uhr bis 16.00Uhr und man lernt vom einmaischen bis zum filtern alles und man ist live dabei.Man sieht wie der Chef Hermann Michael diesen Braukurs lebt.In einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre von 8 bis 15 Teilnehmern kann man alle Fragen stellen, die auch fachgerecht und bildlich beantwortet werden.Uns hat der Kurs mega gefallen,wir sind einfach begeistert und in 6 Wochen kann man sein selbst gebrautes Bier auch abholen.Für mich eine MUSS Attraktion wenn man in der Nähe von Weissenstadt ist.
Ach übrigens: Während des Braukurses kann man sich das Premium Pils immer wieder frisch vom Fass zapfen.Mhhhhhhh

Ein ganz tolles Event, bei dem das handwerkliche Brauen in einer prima Atmosphäre vermittelt wurde. Die Verpflegung wärend des Tages war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet

Eine dieser versteckten Perlen in Oberfranken. Sehr leckeres Bier, am Rande Weissenstadts gebraut. Gutes Pils!
