How do I start?
I’m extremely satisfied with Netin Travel’s services from start to the end of the trip. It was very hard to find much information about Phong Nha area, so after researching a lot I found Netin Travel which provided such a high level assistance being very patient with me responding to all my over 1000 questions. They also helped me booking a train ticket from Da Nang to Dong Hoi which I was also finding hard to book online. We did a 2 days tour in Phong Nha area & the tour itself was simply amazing. Netin Travel went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

Wonderfully rigorous trek thru the mountain cave. Not for the faint of heart but unless you have heart, or joint issues don't be afraid to try it. It's unusually beautiful. The 3 min of total darkness and silence was spiritual. The guides were so helpful and cheerful. They wanted you to have a good time and wanted to have fun with. Food was spectacular..they took all the pictures so we could concentrate on our surroundings.

Really nice and charming guide who spoke okay English. Beautiful caves !
But I was stupid enough to forget my bag with my wallet in it as we went up to the paradise cave, it was to late to go back to the car and I thought that maybe the driver would look after it while we were in the cave. And he did, he also looked in my bag and my wallet and took 100 $, he was kind enough to leave 10 $ behind! I had just checked my money before we got on the bus so I know it was there!
I could not prove anything so I could not do anything about it, just sit back and hope he at least would use them on something good.
I know it was my own mistake, but it should NOT be like that! So be careful and remember all your belongings even though you are out of the bus for a short time!!

My husband booked a 2 day 1 night hike to Hang En Cave with this company and we overall really enjoyed the trip. During the email communication my husband had with this company, he asked them to provide us hiking shoes and socks. Just be prepared that if you use their "hiking shoes" that these are instead more like plastic sandals. We opted to use our shoes instead as it would make hiking easier for us. The hike to the cave was beautiful and not too difficult. The scenery was absolutely jaw-dropping and the staff was extremely friendly. It didn't feel like we were on a tour with a company but instead on a camping adventure with friends. The porter cooked delicious meals for us while one of the guides took us exploring around the cave. Everything ran really smoothly the first day and we had absolutely no complaints.
We had a few complaints on the second day but they weren't enough to totally ruin our awesome camping adventure. I'll just list the things that they could improve on to make it a 5 star tour...
-Not enough water for the hike out. Two bottles of water (small ones) per person is not enough and no matter how much one tries to ration that water, it will be gone really quick. Maybe 4 bottles each at a minimum.
-Ensure the car is waiting to pick you up on time to transport you back to town. They should always be there a few minutes early not 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Dehydrated guests don't like waiting that long to get fresh water... not fun.
-We were told we could pay by credit card but once in the car, they asked for cash payment. It was quite hard to pull out 5 million dong from an ATM when many banks have a daily withdrawl limit. Maybe making guest pay ahead of time in the office may be easier?

We have seen your complaints and highly appreciated your review
+ Not enough water : We supported so many bottles water, but we didn't bring when starting to go in forest. Because there is much fresh,clean water on rivers in the forest, so it made us feel like not to need much water. We really apologize for this mistake. It will be better for the trips later
+ Car picking up late : It was so really bad when we let you wait too much, we have complained the driver about this and we will do it better for the next trips.
+ Payment : We understand about the payment method, and we apologize for that. We will not let you pay by cash anymore. The company will contact to you and have payment already before starting the tour. That would be nice for it.
Thank you again for your compalints and that will make us stronger for the later trips

Very Friendly guide Cong! So helpful and the trip was great. We enjoyed the zipline and the mudbath the food and we had plenty of time to Explore the caves. On Day one we visited paradise and Dark cave including zipline and watergames. We stayed at paradise hotel in Phong Nha because the botanical garden was too Hot. Hotel was super! We had a drink at Easy Tiger, nice pub/hostel. The next day we visited Phong Nha Cave and went back to Dong Hoi. I think you beter stay in Phong Nha as this is a pleasant town, although a Day at the beach in Dong hoi is also nice as a lazy break for your holiday.

The two caves we visited during a day tour were fantastic, so was all the organization. Nice contact by email, pickup at the train station, very friendly and helpful guide and a also friendly save driver. We came outside the peak season and got a private tour for the same price. Great experience!

We did 2 tours with Netin travel with Cong, Dung, Chien and Thu. The first day we visited the Paradise cave and then the dark cave in the afternoon. It was quite an experience. The guides were knowledgeable and able to tell us not only about the history of the caves but about the local life in the villages of Vietnam. We also went on the DMZ tour to Khe San. These tours have been the highlight of our 3 week trip. Very nice guides and we even got to sing some songs on the car ride.
