Its a small water fall located near the road while coming back from banjhakari falls. You can click pics in BAKU the local dress of Sikkim. Cost of hiring dress is Rs 50/-
During no monsoon season the place also offers few adventure activites like zigzag walking, zip crossing etc.
Even if you dont visit it, there wont be any loss.

It is a small and beautiful little waterfall near Gangtok. We visited it as part of the local sight-seeing tour. You can click a few nice snaps there with local dresses on rent. There is also a small rope crossing activity.

Nothing Special. Nice photo ops. Rappelling will cost 100. Dressing up like a royal will cost you 50. Nice Cafe on the other side of the road with a good view. Tea is good. Wai Wai too.

well, we could see two streams of water meandering down the steep hillock and nothing more, so i really cannot say that i could call this as water falls. nothing like a special visit to this place, its on the highway 31, and probably you could stop by on your return from the zoological park, if you have time.

From where I stayed in Gangtok it wasn't so far, but it's not something I recommend going out of the way to see. It's just off the highway towards Gonjang Monastery and Tashi Viewpoint.
I also think it depends what time of year you go. Compared to pictures online, my visit to Bakthang Falls revealed very little water flow.
There's a really short zipline across the waterfall and your speed is controlled as you descend it, so it's quite slow. One guy was going down it at the time of my visit and enjoyed getting his picture taken by his family below.
There's a dining area with mini restaurant, with an average view of the Gangtok valley, making for a decent rest stop.

This waterfall will definitely be a good place to visit during monsoon or post that...
Since we visited in late winter we didn't find the water with that force...
There was a thin stream of water that was flowing...
You can get local traditional dress here...
U can wear them for a photoshoot...
They will charge you ₹100...
Also there is an option for ziplining for ₹100...but the distance is hardly 100 meters...
Can be a fun for young kids...but definitely not for adults...

A stream fall just 4 km away from zero pt. it's just a picturisque spot.. Good for an evng or morning walk.. Nothing awe abt this particular falls. Its a tiny stream of water split into three four water ways. Gives a nice look and worth a stop foer a pix.. that's it. Moreover to enhance the visit quality there is food joint by tourism industry a rope way slithering.. Across the fall. Lots of serial shootings for TV keeps happening here. Rest is individual choice for visit.
