This is only place for sightseeing and spending quality time in gangtok. Entry fee is 20rs each. Car parking 50rs but they drop just at foot to avoid parking. Share cab too available for 1 or 2 ppl in day time after waiting for a while.

A waterfall where you think I'm here and I look how beautiful it is. Beautiful waterfall 8 km far from Mg Marg Gangtok. Nice place for children also because it is a small park with games. There are also toy stores and bars. Good experience.

Best place to see a natural water fall. You can enjoy time with family and friends. The place also has few eateries near the main gate.
During no monsoon season, you can try here some adventure activities also.

Good place to experience a lovely waterfall. The sounds of the water is fairly loud and absorbing.
With a little care and precaution, its feasible to step down into the water area. However, the water is ice cold!
The park is developed well, keeping a very simplistic natural beauty around it. It takes 20-30 min from main town to get here, and i clubbed Jhakri falls along with Paragliding (since both are next to each other).
Overall, a good outing for an hour.
There is a small souvenier shop and a snack shop at the entrance too.

We went to the falls on 06 March, 2015. We reached at 5:00 PM, the falls close at 5:30. The staff did already shut the gates and didn't allow us in. While we were requesting him, even our driver was urging that its still time, meanwhile a guy came and handed over the caretaker a bottle of whiskey and whiskly he lifted his kid in his lap and went back with his wife in. He sinmply did not let us get in. The next day morning we again went to the same place, we had an argument with him, and he plainly said that go and complain to the Tourist Information Centre, We never experienced such rude behaviour. By this time it was proved tat Gangtok (Sikkim) is absolutely an unfriendly place with unfriendly people. Well, we manager to atleast see the falls, and whoops! it ended the moment we saw it.. Such pathetic falls. Believe you me, your bathroom shower would be better than such falls. Very slow and small. Not worth all this time , money and ENERGY.... hehe! funny place it is. Easily avoidable.

Good infrastructure in place to climb easily right up to the falls
You can even dip ur feet in the icy cold water & take pics, if U like
As you exit, on the left is a small Science centre with 2--3 interactive exhibits & a lady to guide you

This was just one another waterfall which doesn't derserve the price paid for. Entry fees- rs 50 per person + camera fees- rs 30 per camera + parking fees- rs 20 per car even if u have hired a Gangtok sight seeing car.
This was the highest entry fee paid amongst all the sight seeing attractions in entire north east trip. More so, this was not even that attractive. The premises were undoubtedly clean but that's every where in Gangtok. Walk for a 15 odd mins, climb some 50 stairs and see a small waterfall.
The worst part is that the waterfall is located totally off track and approx 8-10 Kms from town. Also, the approach road is not good and is entirely under construction. Hence, u can't even keep the car windows open while approaching the falls. Need to shell rs 500 extra if you just wish to visit this. Take an informed decision I would say. If u have visited kanchedzonga waterfalls in spelling, I'm sure, u won't like this.

Banjhakri falls in Sikhism located 4-5 km from gangtok city it's beautiful nature falls. There is quite a story behind this place and its name. the place itself is littered with ethnic sculptures and figurines of the Jhakri culture. The waterfalls are amazing you can actually go near the waterfall and enjoy the cool breeze.
