These teas are out of this world. You can also find as good teas but less expensive. Try the little shop on the right at the top of Lal Bazaar steps as you descend from MG Marg. The man is very nice.

Was At Golden Tips Tea Bar on M G Road @ Gangtok on 26-7-16,& was never disappointed & got huge discount due to my Yatra Badge. Order a Pot of Premium Tea, watch the MG road crowd, if it rains then the atmosphere becomes 2 good.

Excellent selection of teas. Staff was knowledgeable. Lacks Indian hospitality! First time to Gangtok and last. Darjeeling was the biggest disappointment. People seemed depressed. The teas are about the same price for comparable tea I order online back in the US. And they are shipped it to my house. Gangtok was not a happy place compared to other places I... More

Thus place is a must visit for tea lovers. So many varieties of tea, that one finds it difficult to make a choice in buying. They also have many different tea making appliances with strainers, that I had not seen earlier. They even gave us tea for tasting. Great taste. Bought a few teas.

A well-stocked tea shop or rather a tea boutique as it is called! Centrally located.Mr Soumen helped to choose from a mind-boggling range! Tea samples are provided to help us decide. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. A cheerful environment. The tea accessories are a feast to the eyes. A must-visit for all tea lovers.
