What can I say - such a stunning half day spent with the wonderful Manisha. Not only is she passionate about cooking and natural ingredients, she is such a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her. This class is informative, educational and entertaining. I signed up to a Creole cooking course. It was great. Learning to cook mutton meatballs mutton chops and a semolina cake. The course helped me figure out what I have been doing wrong in my Indian cooking. That was wonderful. One more cooking course signed up, for more South Indian cooking. It's great.…

Great cooking class where we learnt how to cook traditional South Indian recipes in Lakshmi’s home. It was very authentic and if you love Idli and Dosa , this is a must do! We learnt so much from Lakshmi (not just about the cooking but also about Indian traditions and her life).

My partner and I did a fantastic cooking class with LAKSHMI in her own home. She was a great teacher and explained in detail about each recipe and the techniques required. Highly reccommend
