With its over 3.500 palms, Costa Teguise Golf is an oasis surrounded by the breathtaking volcanic landscape of the island of Lanzarote. A golf course designed in 1978 by the famous architect John Harris, where playing golf provides an incredible experience while being in a beautiful environment at the side of an old volcano.

I played here yesterday morning (€86 including trolley). They were very helpful and teamed me up with two other people to make a three-ball. I've played here twice before in previous years. This was the best condition I've seen the course in: fairways good, greens true. The fairways are lined with palm trees and if you miss one your in... More

After a winter in Scotland we were really looking forward to some golf with a little warmth in the air. The weather was great but the cost involved in playing here was a shock. Two people, with buggy and the hire of clubs was over Euros 200. The course was in reasonable condition. The greens good but we were disappointed... More

Upsides: - The greens were excellent. They rolled true, were bobble free and if you hit a decent high shot in, they were receptive meaning you can aim at pins. - The 'second tier' €20 rental clubs were a decent clean set of Ping G15s (clubs which I used to own and love!) And the pro let me swap the... More

Course was a very poor layout with little to no information of where to place your tee shot. Off of the fairway was the dreaded volcanic rock of which barely no shot could be hit. A round of golf with buggy and club hire cost €120. The clubs had seen better days and this never included any balls or tees... More

Not the hardest course, can imagine it to be slightly harder when the wind picks up. Shot 79 gross (11hcp) using the clubs taylormade rentals! Club rentals could do with an upgrade as they didn't have stiff shafts I'd use in my driver, woods and hybrids. Tight course but as long as you hit the fairways you had a good... More

Nice golf course. We went there 3 times. First driving range, then had an hour lesson and finally played twilight 9. Staff are helpful and friendly. It was a good way to take a break from the beach.

Never really played gold abroad before, really enjoyed it. 18 holes for 2 including buggy, 15 balls and gold club hire was €190 for a 12pm tee off. Great views but so much black gravel everywhere. We needed the 15 balls too as go slightly off course and rather than rough you are in wasteland with volcanic rocks! I'm rubbish... More

If you are into Golf in any form. This is a great way to spend the afternoon either knocking a few drives on the driving range or for the more talented golfer a round or two. Low season 9 holes after 16:30 is a great deal but you can play 18. The club house offers spectacular views across the golf... More

Every time we come to Lanzarote we visit this golf course numerous times looking for migrant birds. As long as you are aware of the golfers and dangerous balls you are ok! The winds weren't very favourable so we ended up a few times having coffee and cake here. The waiter was very friendly and got used to us dropping... More

This was just a random visit and it was great. We went to have a game of driving but in the end we saved 1 ball and played pitch and put for free and a game of putting for free. The 18 hole is expensive at around d 100€ per person but very good
