we visited this hotel as a family of 8 first impressions all was great very friendly staff rooms nice enough great water park. the food was absolutely terrible! i am not a fussy eater and just thought previous reviews where being picky. when you have paid over £3000 for a week all inclusive you expect to be able to eat. The restaurant always smelt like vomit to me so i only ever really ate breakfast. (this was average) The italian al a carte was awful! the two guys serving literally couldn’t squeeze a smile out and rushed you so much we managed to eat (ish) a 3 course meal in 40 minutes. The good thing was the coffee machines available any time of day (the british live a brew) and the kids loved the hot chocolates. you can take as many drinks at once as you like so this was good when i groups. As we spent a fortune having to eat out i would not visit this hotel again which is a shame as it’s in an ideal location and most of the staff where lovely. The A block also flooded in the heavy downpour we had one day. There was two ladies there to clean it up but it was extremely slippery

We came here on our recent Kalamaki visit (this was our fourth time!). There is lots to do here so it can be expensive as (other than the bouncy castles which were €9 for the whole night) everything else was individually priced and time limited, most things cost between €4 and €6. The Caretta Jump is a must!! They have a Virtual Reality machine which our 8 year old loved. They do food and drinks but we didn't buy any so can't comment on quality or price, but the option is there. Dodgems were great and you got a good point of time on them but some of the seat belts are dodgy so be careful with children! Good for a few hours!

Large family group aged 10-70. Good quality all inclusive with many pools and lots of entertainment. Great small water park, slides on rotation with lifeguards though. Fab buffet restaurant with plenty of choice and good quality. The Italian reservation restaurant the food was average but service was good. Helpful staff on reception for any special needs etc. We were in the nearest block to reception and the pools and restaurant but these are the last ones that need refurbishing but still clean and more then adequate. Location is good for the centre road of resort with restaurants, bars shops etc but 15 walk to beach and free hotel bus service busy at peak times and you may need to wait.

great laughs, great food. the staff are all friendly. hotel rooms could do with some reimagining as very outdated. the animation team were awesome and friendly. the beer is a let down not as nice as others we've been to. great pools, arcades very family friendly. all inclusive was great, selection and clean.
