Spent a full day on the top cruiser round the island cruise. We were one of the first ones on board and were therefore able to take 3 sun loungers on the top deck - sorry that was us!!. Excellent day, trip, saw everything. However, others had seats facing the entrance to the toilet, or in bar area, or on bottom deck all day - there are 3 decks and only one sun deck but it was peak season / full. It is a full day and got a bit tiring over the last hour. Breathtaking where they took you and the swimming stops. If not a strong swimmer, they supply life jackets for the stops. Prices on board are reasonable - €2 for a coke or water. We took put own food on board which saved a few €. Great day, informative, saw the island, shipwreck etc. But wouldn't recommend if your coach pick up arrives after 9 as you will spend a day looking at the toilet entrance...

Mamfredas Tours is located on the main road in Kalamaki. I had decided to call in and see what tour programmes were on offer. I was especially interested in the island tour. John who works here could not have been any more helpful. He explained all the different stops on the tour and even printed an itinerary for my personal use. Booking was completed with ease and my vouchers were printed there and then. No fuss, no bother. John was an absolute gentleman and very easy to deal with. The tour itself lasted all day and was a wonderful way to see round the island without the worry of driving.

(It is a long day sailing around the island (between 09:30 - 17:00 The sea is clear clean and bears a very special blue-turquoise colour the seashore is mostly rocky and fractured with many caves .The scenery is exceptionally beautiful - yet very much the same around the island .Our big ship was steady but not enough - my wife got sea-sick. Our relatively big ship couldn't approach the caves The staff was friendly. but we could hardly understand the English comments over the loud speaker. I personally to dislike having smoking people around me I did enjoy the swimming breaks It is quite an experience to swim in these waters.

We booked a full day cruise around Zakynthos through this tour operator. It was simple and easy to book and good value for money. The service was good as we were picked up in Kalamaki and taken to Zakynthos Town to board the boat there. Plenty of tours available, would recommend the full day cruise. All round a good service.

We took 2 trips with Mamfredas and they were excellent. We went to see the turtles and Kerri coves and then to the Water Park. Both trips were reasonably priced (2nd trip was discounted as loyal customer). No problems encountered. Would recommend.
