This was a pleasant way to pass 30 minutes in what is a boring and sorry town - Pauillac. The chateau gives a nice tour in English as well as other languages but if you've been on any wine/spirit tours before you won't really learn anything that you didn't already know.

Very comprehensive tour and super friendly staff. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Also included tasting of two wines. Nice to go to a place I had tasted the wins from a few years ago.

Visited today chateau lynch-Bages with wife & 2 children. The guide "Charlotte" was excellent and took time to answer all questions even from my noisy children. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Lynch-Bages is an excellent wine and is consistently great. They have an area nearby to taste wine and shop that was part of the family home for workers years ago but is now rebuilt into a visitor area.

A lovely and informative tour of the wine process and tasting after. The winery is amazing. So so much care goes into this long lived expensive grand Bordeaux wine. Charming young patient tour guide. My family came away with lots of knowledge gained of the wine making process and it history. Booked via the Ch Lych Bages website. A 15... More

This group of wine chateaux produce some fine wines, which we tasted at the end of the tour. The tour was very well presented and worth doing to see the historic and vintage wine making areas that have been preserved as a museum

Great fun to do a tour, the wines are delicious and our tour guide was fantastic. We booked in an English speaking tour the night before. Really interesting learning the history of wine making in the region (and in general!)

Terrific guide who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and kept it light and interesting. The historic wine making equipment has been beautifully preserved and gave you a real understanding of how difficult it was to make quality wines in the past with any degree of consistency. Delightful collection of shops attached to the vineyard with bakery and brasserie and gifts... More

Guide was a young girl spoke good English. The chateau tour was set up with modern and old. They have some unique things that have been preserved to show how wine was made earlier. It is a great historical review. The modern aspect does not disappoint. They do show how there take on the wine making process works.

We stayed a night here after a few nights in the city of Bordeaux. Could have been a better decision. The property is amazing and the service is even better. The rooms and surrounding area really make you feel like you are in an old world Chateau. They wine of Lynch Bages is fantastic and the tour of their winery... More
